So 10-4 is now considered stumbling?

May want to consider finding a new team....i will warn you....there are only a few with a better record than that....

stumbling is inferring we are on the bubble. we could very will still miss them altogether

I'll give credit where it's due. The team clearly likes him and he's got them playing disciplined and as a cohesive unit. But on gameday, I'm reminded of the Office Space quote: "So Jason, tell me... what exactly do you do here?

He's made huge game management mistakes that have cost us victories, he's had many of his duties stripped, he's led us to three straight 8-8 seasons, and hasn't won a playoff game yet. So lets put away the annointing oil after a solid start to this season.

He and Jerry talked about it I don't see any animosity I see 2 men working together for the betterment of the team. I see Garrett getting an OC he knows and fully trust and I see him with a team who is 10-4 in 1st place despite the fact most felt they had no chance and yet people like you continue to act as if Garrett has nothing to do with this. so be it

Yes, from calling the plays to running the entire team.... what a demotion. What I wouldn't give for a demotion like that.
