Can't blame this one on Romo

I can't beliece Romo went deep on 4th down. He just doesn't get it! There was way too much time left on the clock to go for a quick score there. He had Beasley wide open for a first down and blew it.

Intangibles - I have defined them specifically. Nice try though.

Luck - the guy leading his team with a bunch of players that wouldn't be starters on most other NFL teams.

I guess we could make an excuse .... Oh but wait... Luck IS carrying his team.
Luck is carrying his team? His defense has held the other guys to 13 points, despite his two turnovers. Our defense allowed 26 and couldn't get a stop at the end.

No idea where you've "defined intangibles specifically."

You're seeing what you want to see.

I would have thrown a short pass to get the first down instead of going for the big play

Maybe so,and if it was clearly there.
But he HIT the deep ball to beast mode Dez , so he was actually pretty heroic there(just slightly less than Dez).
That was for SURE a catch.

Clueless and passer rating. Both wrong.

Neither had anything to do with making plays when they count the most.

Aaron fumbled. The. Proceeded to gimp his way to 3 TD's and 300 plus yards.

Are you kidding me with these perennial excuses for Romo?

Clueless and lasser rating both wrong? What? Romo was banged up and was an extended Dez arm away from 3 tds and he had no turnovers. What excuses? Blame Murray and the D if u want. Maybe Bailey and Hanna too. To blame this loss on Romo shows a lack of football intelligence that is mindboggling.

Intangibles - Romo killing those drives. Taking losses instead of throwing ball away. Sustain drives with Beas.

The colts defense got torched this year numerous times. Yes, Luck, has carried them.

Anyway, another year. Another list of excusese.

Ok. You go there (with insults)

and I will say there. With the facts. (Romo continues to fail when needed most. In playoffs.)

How many points in 2nd half. Compared to gimp?

Oh, you meant negative plays as an intangible. Perhaps you don't know what "intangible" means. Negative plays are perfectly tangible. You can count them, measure them and include them in your evaluation. Romo had a few. Luck, your big counterexample, THREW TWO INTERCEPTIONS. Plays do not get more negative than that.

The colts defense got torched this year numerous times. Yes, Luck, has carried them.
They didn't get torched today: they're the reason Indy won. Dallas's defense did get torched today, by a man with one leg.

You can't possibly think Romo had a bad game today.
If you want to say he could have even have better, yes.
But our if 22 starters,he had to be almost the least of our issues.

Want better example. Rodgers on cowboys. We have 2-3 superbowls in last 10 years.
Like that better?

Sure he gets it and the play succeeded. He did nothing wrong. That was a possibly game-winning play.
Finally, for the 1st time all game, Dez get one on one and Romo sees it and let's his best player go get it. This had happened several times this year with success. Everyone was thrilled then.
Now,the refs overturn a clear catch, and he should lose his nads and not go to Dez?
Come on.
That's total hindsight and you know it.

And if refs didnt blow that call we wouldnt hear a thing from you about this. It was a great play. Ridiculous.

If you want to say that Rodgers is better than Romo, you'll get no argument from me. Unfortunately, you can't have Rodgers.

And yes, Rodgers has one SB. He's also been one-and-done four times and just pushed his postseason record to .500 today. So I'm not sure why you think he's got such a great history of "carrying his team".

I assume you're arguing that Rodgers would have put, say, the 2007 team over the Giants and beaten the Patriots. Well, he took at 15-1 team into the playoffs in 2011 and lost to the Giants. And our '09 team? Well, the Packers were there too, and one-and-done. If you think he would have taken one of the 2010-2013 teams to the SB, all I can say is, you're nuts.
