Can't blame this one on Romo

Ok. You go there (with insults)

and I will say there. With the facts. (Romo continues to fail when needed most. In playoffs.)

How many points in 2nd half. Compared to gimp?

I didn't realize perfectly healthy Romo was playing poor, crippled Rodgers in 1 on 1 football. I could only imagine what our (banged up) qb would do to against this Dallas D. Romo MADE THE PLAY TO WIN (refs took it away)! Just like last week when he made the 4th down throw to Witten then the game winner to TW. "Fails when needed most"? Do you even watch the games or just ESPN?

Uh yes.
Aaron Rodgers is better than Tony Romo...and 99.9 % of anyone else that ever played.
And yes, Romo is still freaking great...just not Rodgers.
This is not brain surgery.

Wow. We're all Cowboys fans here, and I find it incredibly offensive for you to suggest otherwise.

Right. Many people here put Romo ABOVE the team. You need to wake up...

There were areas where Romo contributed to this loss . The intent of this thread is to abscond Romo of any liability.

I'm wide awake, thanks. I repeat: everyone here is a Cowboys fan. Nobody puts Romo above the team. That's purely in your imagination.

You would think it would be obvious we like Romo because he helps our team lol

People really do seem to apply the logic that, "A better quarterback than Tony Romo exists in the universe. Therefore, Tony Romo is the cause of all of the Cowboys' problems."

It's Tony's fault Rodgers is so good.

Intangibles - Romo killing those drives. Taking losses instead of throwing ball away. Sustain drives with Beas.

The colts defense got torched this year numerous times. Yes, Luck, has carried them.

Anyway, another year. Another list of excusese.

Last time I checked Romo didn't play D or attempted FG.

Did Romo have few bad plays...yes he did. But he did not turn the ball over!! He kept us in the game and gave us a chance to win. What exactly are you expecting? 100% completion rate? This DL played a hobbled Rodgers but still can't get much pressure on him....that's bad.

BTW, he completed the pass on 4th down to Bryant. Bryant maybe should have just fell down instead of trying to score but that's not on Romo either. He would have thrown a pass to Beasley and Beasley drop the pass or have the ball punched out. YOU would still have blamed Romo.

Haters will hate.

Only thing to improve next year for Romo is "please throw the ball away instead of taking SACKS". Too much of that this year.

It would be nice for him to show a little more appreciation of how this team's long-term fortunes are contingent upon his health.

2015 will be the year of Why Did He Throw it Away?
2014 was Why Did He Take The Sack?
2013 was Why Did He Throw The Int

Every year, I can pull up the same posts. For 8 or 9 years, I've seen this post. What does that tell you? When you keep getting married and divorced, at some point, you have to take a look in the mirror. His fans for a decade now, has blamed everything and everyone else but him. He's a fraud, he's a 100 million dollar thief, he shrinks in games like this, if this were game 6 in the regular season, he would have won this game. But turn on the lights, do or die, bye bye for Romo. This has been his motto, this is who he is, you can argue until your fingers fall off, he, and I quote, "Tony Romo will never win a Super Bowl in this lifetime unless he's a coach".

Not complaining about Romo in the least. I thought he was good today and fantastic this year. Just would like to see him take a little better care of himself so we can have him around as long as possible.

Dude 4th and two and he hits it perfect to Dez for what normally would be taking the lead or spotting the ball at the 1 yd line. How does that constitute fraud. Really so tired of these infantile clueless posters, please go follow the Eagles.
