Philly is playing the sorry arse Texans next week.

If we lose to Arizona, all of a sudden the Eagles are in the driver's seat for the division.

Don't forget we play Philly 2xs, they are not in the drivers seat until they win both games against us.

You see them from your own perspective does not make what you are predicting correct or wrong, just the way you see it.

I'm just saying in the second half it will be much harder to succeed. I'm not predicting anything for the 2nd half of the season.

on paper 2nd half does look tough but hell you had NO beat GB who many felt had hit their stride and was playing great ball so what happened? Dallas lost yesterday and they have a chance to regroup and take care of business next weekend that is the only reality what Dallas may or may not do in this upcoming game is speculation not reality. You claiming Dallas is going to fall on their face is not reality it is your opinion.

Not a given they beat the Texans either

True, people get caught up in this team beat this team therefore that means they will win this game. Every game is a game within itself. Of course odds will say team A will beat team B but once the ball is kicked off it is a game it comes down to one team making plays and avoiding mistakes and if they can do that you have a chance to win. Nothing is carved in stone and who you played last week or earlier in the season has no impact at all on what you will do in the next game.

Well this isn't about homers. It's about being realistic. You have us losing pretty much losing every game for the rest of the season. That isn't being realistic.

Oh, so you know what's going to happen? Why can't the team choke in the second half of the season? Why is that not realistic? 2-6 is not out of the realm of possibility for the 2nd half of the year... yet another 8-8 season. Not possible? I heard that about the Commanders beating the Cowboys and yet it happened. I don't know what's going to happen but neither do you so don't think you have the monopoly on reality. In the end, I'm a Cowboys fan but I don't think they will have any easy path to the playoffs. They can still win it all, and I do want that for my Boys but it will be very difficult. It will only happen if the coaches give this team the best chance to win by putting the best players on the field considering health. That didn't happen last night and I'm not sure it will happen versus Arizona. Weeden can and should run this offence until the BYE week. Will the coaches put Romo's ego in check and let that happen? I don't know, but judging by past behavior... Romo's ego is more important that the Cowboys success. Reality sucks.

Again you talk reality and yet only giving your view "Why can't this happen" anything can happen that is reality you predicting the Cowboys down fall is your opinion is sure as hell is not a reality as much as you would like to think so. You people are unreal Dallas is 6-2 on a 6 game win streak and lose a game and now the season is over. LOL

I don't know what's going to happen but you sure seem to think you know what will happen. 6-2 isn't out of the realm of possibility either.

It's only just my opinion because it hasn't happened yet. It's only a matter of time.

I don't want this team to fail but if the powers that be continue to value Romo's ego over the success of the team, they will fail. Time will tell.

And that too is a prediction. You pawning your prediction as reality when it is not. Could Dallas lose to the Cards this coming game? Yes and I would have said that regardless of last night game. Cards will be a tough game but Cowboys are very capable of winning it as well

If Romo is still hurt but still insists on playing, no the Cowboys can not and will not beat Arizona. Bank on it... his ego is an impediment to this team.

Some will most likely have us losing to Arizona based off of last night. But also had us losing to the Saints and Seahawks and we won both. Sometimes this team plays better as underdogs for some reason.

Romo is a very good QB and they put him in because he is the starting QB. This is not about ego Romo is a highly competitive player who is also pretty tough as he has shown many times like the 9ers game with broken ribs and punctured lung and yet brought his team back and helped to win the game or even last season with his back injury vs the same Commanders and gutting it out and winning. That is why Romo was in the game he is their starter and he is their leader.

There's still a half a season and the BYE week to go. This is where we see what kind of team this is. If they go out and beat the Cards, then everybody chill. If they get out coached and lose again, then it's time to worry. Romo said it best last night: The Commanders were pretty much calling blitzes where one guy in coverage HAD to make the tackle every time, and they got lucky. It was a series of unfortunate events, but we're still 6-2 and nothing's lost yet.

Did you not see how poorly Romo played after his injury? That wasn't the same guy that brought the team back to beat SF. He was too preoccupied avoiding the blitz to do anything else. Romo is their starter and their leader but that doesn't mean he is the only guy that can finish a game or lead them to a win when the starter is hurt. I don't fault Romo for wanting to play, I want that kind of fire in my starting QB. I blame the coaches for not having the guts to bench Romo's ego and stick with the guy that was keeping them in the game.

6-2 is one thing. Fall to 6-3, and the season is suddenly in real jeopardy.

The NFC is tough this year.
