I actually might watch this Captain America movie since it has Iron Man.

I was bored to death by the first Captain America and I skipped out on the second one because of that.

I might actually watch this one.

I was a fan of him as the human torch in the Fantastic Four. He was great.
Chris Evans' portrayal of a fun-loving Johnny Storm and the CGI direction of the Torch's powers were the best representation of any member of the group. Evans has a good grasp of melding acting with these types of characters. He does a really good job as a telekinetic in the movie Push also.

I cannot overemphasize how good I feel about Captain America: The Winter Soldier as a comics/movie adaptation. It's legions above the first CA movie and rests solidly in the realm of The Dark Knight in terms of overall moviemaking. Weak spoiler: the few seconds of Cap taking on the SHIELD jet is worth the price of a movie ticket in my opinion. And I'm not joking. :)

The 2nd was not bad, I waited until blu ray for it. This actually looks better than Avengers 2. BUT where is Spiderman?!?

Im don't agree with that, Christopher Nolan did a masterful job with "The Dark Knight". But I did enjoy the last Capt, & I will see this one. I however did not like any Thor's, The last two Iron Man's, or the last Avengers.... but thats just me. (Ant-Man was ok, small o)

Agree with this. No one is going to touch TDK. Marvel is too mainstream for me, atm. I like more gritty, dark stuff, like a Punisher.

For me, "realm" equals neighborhood, general vicinity, etc., not same level. I'm already on record (http://cowboyszone.com/threads/ranking-of-dc-marvel-films-1978-present.314646/) for how I rank those two respective films with one another. :)

TDK was very good but not untouchable.

Evans is living comic book pages. Torch and Cap = perfect.

I'm in. I'll forget Age of Ultron happened. Winter Soldier was great.

Black Panther feels a little out of the blue and unnecessary, but whatever. Maybe it'll make sense that a character from another country would care enough about a US Gov't superhero registration program to get personally involved. Hopefully not just a toy grab.

I want to know how Vision and Ant-Man play out. Ant-Man just joining the avengers, I wonder who he sides with. I hope it's Cap & Bucky.
