Exactly what -- like 50 people here on CZ said about Michael Huff ALL LAST OFFSEASON. It was incessant.

Huff was a done deal. He was a non-brainer. He wanted to be a Cowboy. It filled a major need... etc etc...

In reality, surprise surprise reality didn't match the expectations of CZ, the Cowboys never even showed any interest in Huff.

Remember, there are 31 other teams in the NFL and the days of Jerry getting want Jerry wants are over (see Nnamdi).
