Don't let anyone on here read that.

They'll bring up his final year in Houston and ignore him bringing that team to relevance in 2011-2012.

They're fools. That man just shut down Tom Brady and Cam Newton and had them looking like......Brandon Weeden.....

JJ Watt plays on a better defense than Ware ever had in Dallas there's other good players besides him but granted Watt is on another level than any defensive player in the league. Ware was the only one on our defense who put fear in anyone and one great player isn't going to turn an average defense into a great unit. Ware had injuries his final few seasons in Dallas and no one stepped up which has been a problem both offensively and defensively with the Cowboys.

Ehhhh.....I disagree. There was a point when Alan Ball was the Texans cornerback. Their personnel in Dallas wasn't nearly bad and it wasn't a fluke that we had top 10 defenses at certain points with Wade. This defense didn't show up consistently and when we needed plays in the 4th and Ware was a part of that problem. He played great today. I'm really happy for him. One of my favorite Cowboys of all time.

I never understood how or why he was asked to take a pay cut for underachieving but the WHOLE team was underachieving including the coaches and they weren't asked to take one or restructure.

All game it looked like Cam refused to assert himself. He had several opportunities to run the ball and get some good yardage, but instead stood in the pocket and either got sacked or forced a bad throw. His OL did him no favors today. Neither did his receivers.

That bad call on early on that took away the obvious completion really changed the game, as the Denver defensive TD came on the next play.

I guess Cam thought his OL was going to recover that one fumble, otherwise there is no excuse for not diving in to recover the ball.

I am very happy for Manning, Ware, and Phillips. It is unfortunate that the Carolina defense had to lose, as they played a very good game.

Did Von Miller win a car? If so surprised they did not mention it.

Also anyone notice two different times Manning said he was going to drink Budweiser after the game to celebrate the win?

This game was Denver D Line dominating Carolina O Line. Nothing more. Probably the third or fourth best defense I have seen.

I notice that. Odd. I wonder how much those two mentions earned him.

Next season if everyone is healthy Carolina will steam roll through the season again. Nothing needs to be said about Denver. That's an all time great defense.

Wrong. Never a guarantee that they will be as good next year. More difficult schedule.

He's always been applauded for his creativity as a defensive coach.

He's been applauded for being a better coordinator then head coach but he's never talked about as one of the best coordinators in this league. And I get it. He doesn't look the part. He's goofy. He's COUNTRY. But the guy can coach a defense. And he should be far more talked about then he is. But Rob Ryan looks and talks the part and is far more celebrated.

The books is out on Panthers. Panthers will have the worst schedule in the league next year........their defense will be great but the offense will still stink.

Good points really.

If Carolina can keep that defense in tact.......solidify the OL.....and add some playmakers on offense, mainly a WR or two and a RB.....they will definitely be the favorites to make it back to the SB.
