Five, they believe in the lines carry you and as noted they have the best OL in football and they restocked their DL adding a first round pick at DT and then going out and adding a pure pass rusher in Hassan Reddick.

Yes, AJ Brown is a significant improvement for them at WR. They no longer have to rely on disappointing Reagor to be the other WR next to Smith. It's a massive jump from Reagor to Brown. I have no idea if Hurts will be good but going from Reagor to Brown is a huge help for Hurts.

People are being silly if they don't think Philly really improved this offseason. I have no idea if this can carry them to a division title over us but anyone thinking they aren't a very real and viable threat is being a Cowboys homer.

I think there will be about the same, but they will do better against winning teams than last year. Hurts is a limited passer, who is unlikely to be beyond a sub average QB. Even with improvements across the board, its hard to imagine them winning more than 10 games until the replace Hurts.

They are a threat, but I think we will have to stumble in more games than we did last year for them to win the division. Id say its 80/20 we win the division next year. They make a real move at QB in 2023, that changes everything.

10 million for Bradberry is pretty solid though

Ill also add that I think its a good thing Dallas needs to worry about Philadelphia this year

With regards to last year, he isnt wrong. They weren't competitive against us. The book on them last year wasnt they couldnt beat good teams. Thats where their roster improvements need show.

Haven't read the entire thread but always wonder that if a signing like this was a game changer as it is being made out to be in the media, why did it take so long for this guy to sign a deal? Surely if he was all of what many think he is, he would have signed earlier and for a much bigger contract? What do I know, lol.

It was reported that 11 teams were interested in him. Guess he was looking for the best fit.

The Cowboys are improving via the draft. They are getting younger and they are good. It looks like they will have at least 13 new players this season with 11 of them being rookies. They might sign a free agent or 2 going forward, but they already have a full roster. They aren't going to sign players that they don't need like this 10 million dollar corner.

I love that they do the draft well.
I just don't understand why they shun free agency, more or less.

NO they didn't..we have the same starting lineup still here from last season..NEED id say the giants needed him dumped him and the eagles took him and?? lamb ate his lunch last year and i imagine the eagles just got next up to get burned..,even slay allegedly a great signing was having troubles stopping our pass game. Facts we scored over 40 and 50 both times playing them..they NEEDED him more LOL

Watch the highlights of his interceptions. How many of them is he making up distance on deep routes and pick pocketing the WR? How many of them is he tearing the ball out of the receivers hands?

Or… how many of them is he jumping a poorly thrown ball? Selling out and jumping routes? How many of them is he leaving the receiver because he sees a mistake the QB threw? There are a dozen difference things that are in play when an interception happens, the CB is often responsible for only 2-3 of those. I realize you don’t see it as anything but hate, but Diggs is not the greatest CB in 40 years as his INT total is not entirely in his control, or any other CB’s.

Cowboys should keep building from the draft, resign their own guys, and ignore Free Agency.

Here's the problem with statistics. Of course it checked out, because the person set specific parameters in order to make their point. The person that told you probably saw it somewhere else. Bradberry had 15-82. Xavien Howard had 27 - 71. Who would you rather have? Sometimes statistics can be used to mislead.

Just like if we had signed him, this forum would be throwing out the positive stats.
