CB Pat Surtain All Pro or Pro Bowler?

Whst are your thoughts on his ? Is he too slow to be a all pro corner? Is he just athletic enough to be a borderline pro bowler? Speed matters unless you’re a scheme corner line Sherman or Norman.

His speed is mid 4.5s if it’s electric. He can’t be a all pro with that speed.
