He got Garrett as head coach...most people were happy.
He got Rob Ryan as DC...most people were happy.

Why is this game his fault moreso than Rob Ryan? Ryan's defense is the one that's crapping the joint.

And also, as far as we know from Garrett, he's in control of personnel decisions.
