This clearly was on Kellen Moore. They had called pass plays on 2nd or 3rd and short all season long. A competent O-Coordinator would have made sure a run play is called during such short yardage situations.

Also, maybe both Kellen Moore and Dak didn't trust the Oline and rushing attack when all together they weren't able to run for 50 yards total for the game?

Cooper got traded because of his cost and his final season here wasn't the best. That's why he got traded.

There are other non elite quarterbacks in the NFL that are paid max dollar contracts..... and some of them are 1st and 2nd round picks. Dak was drafted in the 4th round and have better production than some of them.

Even CeeDee Lamb is joining in now, with the realization that Dak needs to have more capable players around him to achieve the level of success that is expected of a storied franchise. The FO of this team really needs to get a full awareness of the need for them to step up their game, They must procure the talent level that's needed to achieve what is expected of this team to tend to supplying championship-caliber talent. Well, I was the OG that called out Prescott's faults. For me, the discussion about this is old news. While all of you are just now coming to that realization, I saw it within the first 5-6 games of his career.

I've been fair to Prescott - He's a Kirk Cousins/Carr type talent strapped to a top 5 QB contract. If you disagree with that, you're not a fan of Cowboys or football, you're just a Dak fan.

Not really, but it does leave himself open to the: the tallent was good enough to beat the Eagles and Bucc's argument, or the if Dak wasn't paid $49m and $52m maybe there would be enough CAP, or CeeDee could accept a reasonable contract (or will he expect position setting contract based on the increased CAP).

They had Dak on a rookie deal and couldn’t do it. That was a clear sign to move on and not pay a max deal.
