Nothing to see here. Who cares? A lot of players talk and a lot of times things get misinterpreted online.

Beasley was a good, shifty third receiver, but he overestimates his ability. He’s a small guy who could never get open for 180 targets.

Funny that Cole would suggest that heavy squats aren’t a regular part of an NFL player’s routine. This is obviously supplemental work.

Bills Ex Cole Beasley Suspended on Social Media After Controversial Comments​

Former Buffalo Bills receiver Cole Beasley recently voiced his disagreement with the team's decision to partner with the National Gay Flag Football League.




Here's a player who never started a full season, never had a 1000-yard season, and never played any WR position other than slot trying to tell another player who's an ALL-Pro how to train. He could have easily handled this off social media.......pretty sure he could have gotten CeeDee's contact # easily.

I'm no twitter user but it seemed like off the stuff posted here Bease wasn't taking a shot at CDL but instead replying to that poster saying if he had more targets get could of gotten 1k yards.

Everything is overblown these days. From fans and athletes alike.
 
Nothing redeeming about this franchise anymore. Just pettiness and ineptitude.
 
Beasley‘s feathers have been ruffled ever since the Cowboys chose to let him walk. He took shots at the team when he was in Buffalo. Still seems bitter especially with his career over.

On the workout part to help build better explosion and separation, Cole Beasley is correct. Heavy weight squat lifting and power cleans definitely will help build stronger muscles that will help improve your burst and separation. Cole Beasley's career tape proves it.

ROFL, not sure you and CTECole saw but CeeDee's thighs in that pic are about as big as his waist.

Secondary muscle training is very important for preventing injuries and balance.
Studies have shown these types of exercises reduce ACL tears/injuries.
Pure explosion is great with just plyometrics. Jumps, bounds.
Olympic weight training is great for pure strength and size gains.

World Class sprinters mix these 3 styles.

Cole really needs to just not post, ever.
Went from salty and hating on everything Cowboys to I'd come back but only case of Dak to still commenting on Dallas players he never even met....
