Crawford would've been remembered as a very nice rotational player if we hadn't grossly and stupidly overpaid him.

And what did Ridgeway do?Bohanna underwhelmed.
I agree im not sure how 2021 rookies who all contributed something and some more are considered bad. Risen as usual spitting trash for rises ie sarcasm drama train.. OSIs above average and has a future , Gholston's learning as the team is on how to use him ..not sure why rookies now are either regarded at Parsons level ie instant fan fave or if not a total waste of a bust after year 1..so stupid. Fans have no middle ground around here its boom or bust.In the eyes of the beholder I guess
As I thought osa had a productive rookie year as 3rd rounder.
And you're drafting guys for the long term not just one lone rookie year.
So he put on 20 lbs in one year and is moving better than last year? Is that really what they are trying to sell
Can someone translate this mess please?thats the issue fans like you think these reports are for you LOL they arent selling anything just reporting what they see and hear, that it..i don't think the FO cares any less what you think of Gholston. LMao
the fact you think hey do is why the egos need to be popped around here. they aren't selling they are reporting facts. All teams do i mean what else is there to report this time of year..no pads just shorts and walk through type practices..
when full practices with pads come on and things are full speed views will most likely change.. this is what they see and hear and they report it..thats it ..no conspiracy's
heres some advice, dont watch or listen. then you cant be sold..
He really didn't. We had crapp for a DLine, which is why we overpaid a decent player. No he took snaps away from legit players that could get to the QB or stop the run.
Some players can add weight w/ little or no loss of agility and some can't. It's not unusual for a player to add good weight and retain quickness. So he put on 20 lbs in one year and is moving better than last year? Is that really what they are trying to sell
Oh hades no. I generally skip. Can someone translate this mess please?
Yes, Quinn runs a multi-front defense.
Marinelli liked to rotate DL on a per series basis instead of per down basis.
- That ended up with players being exposed when they were in the wrong situation.
- i.e. Tyrone Crawford at DT on 3rd and 1.
The peak of Marinelli's inept coaching and scheme was the 2018 season playoff game vs the Rams.
- Marinelli's scheme had no answer to the the Rams unique version of the Zone Blocking Scheme.
- Even if they could have added a half-dozen All Pros to that defense, they still would have been gashed by the Rams running scheme.
Meanwhile, Belichick in the Super Bowl, made a simple adjustment to his scheme and it stymied the Rams precision run blocking scheme.
- Belichick was running a base 4-3 and 4-2-5 Nickel that year.
- The Cowboys could have made a similar adjustment in their 4-3 / 4-2-5 scheme.
- Instead of a scheme adjustment, Marinelli's adjustment was to have the LBs start cheating to one side in anticipation of what the Rams were doing.
- That just made it worse.

So the answer is nothing. ThanksBohanna has already underwhelmed.
Ridgeway has not underwhelmed yet.

DeMarcus Lawrence rookie stats
9 tackles
2 TFL
0 Sacks
0 QB hits
0 fumble recoveries
0 passes defended
I guess everyone has problems, Golston missed all of his rookie training camp. All I'm saying is it's a little early to call a first year player a bust.In fairness he missed the first half a season with a foot fracture and then took a bit of time to get up to speed as backup behind Mincey. In the playoffs he had two sacks, a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries so I wouldn’t say his rookie regular season performance was indicative of his talent.
Bohanna was 6-4, 327 at his Pro Day...360lbs.
So maybe he doesn't lead the team in tackles, but like i said, he wouldn't have been pushed all over the field like Hill was. I know you are in love with Hill's career-high .5 sacks in his 3rd year and all but give me a break.
Donovan Wilson, hill, ball might be early cuts . I think Lewis could get traded.
