How many times has a team lost to a high powered offense like the chiefs and after the game people are saying “they lost because they settled for field goals too often and didn’t score enough TD’s”

it happens all the time.

That's true sometimes, but they ;left a lot of points on the field. The Chiefs offense, outside of playing the Raiders hasn't been the same. Put some points up and put more pressure on them to play catch up, Mahomes will force some passes. It kept the game closer than it shoulda been and leaving the door open.

He isn't better than Herbert. Herbert doesn't have Reid as his play-caller or Alex Smith as his tutor yet he still outplayed Mahomes in both games.

I think they are the 2 most talented QBs in NFL history. Rodgers a close 3rd.

Mahomes probably has the most talent, but Rodgers is a better QB. Now this could be because he got to sit behind Farve for 3 years and changed his throwing mechanics, but looking at history, Rodgers is better than Mahomes. Mahomes can't do what Rodgers did and still doing in Green Bay. Mahomes can't read defense like Rodgers and he would suffer if McCarthy was his coach.

Mahomes doesn't even have proper footwork and throwing mechanics. IMO Herbert and Rodgers are the two best QB, but Herbert is still raw, and will mature in his third year.

My 2 cents..

The Chargers lost this game more than the Chiefs won it.
Before the Chiefs last scored in regulation, all the Chargers had to do was contain the Chiefs to a FG. But, instead, the Chargers chose to rush Mahomes, and Mahomes did what Mahomes does, he ran and threw for a big first down, that eventually led to their TD/EP and going into OT.

Love both QB's, was pulling for the chargers but was still happy with a great game.

The mahomes hate is funny though. He's not "nothing" without Kelce and Hill. What a dumb statement. All the Great QB's have/had weapons. The only QBs I can think of that were great without big time weapons is Marino and Elway.
