Chip bit off more than he could chew taking on too much power too soon. I think he could still be successful in the league. This wasn't a Spurrier level failure.

That said, have some serious caution with how many players hate him. Never a good sign. Has a lot to learn If he is ever to make round 2 turn out better. And a tougher hill to climb if he ends up with a team like the Titans.

Don't worry the Eagles will hire yet another coach who will likely outperform this chump in his first year just like Kelly and Gruden did.

I've heard several players over the years he's been there say that he is unapproachable during the week. He'll walk right by you in the hallway and not even acknowledge your existence.

He's an odd bird. He has no people skills. I guess he figured his scheme is so brilliant it's all he needs. Not on the NFL level.

I guess the bright side of the skins getting to the playoffs is he will be around a little while. Maybe give cousins a long term deal too. I have no faith in either
