I mean, where's the lie? He's little and not exactly fast and doesn't have quickness or moves after the catch.
Yes. Dez has done the same on his Twitter acct. The Dez plan doesn't work. Cole should already know.I was wondering. I don't have twitter so. Was kinda wondering if the "locker room problem" that "allegedly" was Dez Bryant ever slam his twitter like Beasely has done this past season and recently?
He'll be the exact same player elsewhere as he is here.Cole will cash in elsewhere this year and as much as I hate to see him do it, he reduced our offer with his Twitter BS
You are all silly insult and little substance in your posts. Nobody here is saying the Cowboys have done all things right, but that’s not really the point. Even if Beasley should have seen a few more targets, he is overvaluing himself, and reacting like a spoiled teen on social media. Publically whining is not the approach to take.

Keeping things inside the family works much better.
Beasley is specifically calling out the front office. So yes, it is relevant to what is being discussed here. This is SPECIFICALLY talked about on this board about how the front office steps in - but when Beasley says it, when it impacts HIM more than it impacts us, he should be hush hush?
What rule book are you playing by here? Can you show me where a player can't publicly call out the higher ups? Bud, this isn't your Walmart job. This is an apparent power play by Beasley to force the hand of Jones or to finally get to another team.
Good for him. childish? I think two grown men in the front office role playing GM and HC is quite childish as well. Creating a locker room clown show and having multiple other players publicly mock us while they find success elsewhere is embarrassing.
No player has any obligation to be polite in public to their senile owner.
Amari is infinitely better than anything we had in the 2016-2017 version of Dez. Sorry to burst your bubble but Dez was no longer a #1 WR and his cranium couldn't adjust to the difference. The removal of that cancerous matter and the insertion of Amari was one of the most brilliantly executed transitions Jerry has made during his tenure.Dez publicly called out the coaching staff and playcaller. Dak, Linehan, and Stephen all implied 1. Dez is over the hill 2. No need for a #1
Let's see what happened - we gave up a first round pick for a supposed #1 mid-season. And Linehan is now gone. Seems to me that Dez was mostly correct.
You need to read closer, lol. I didn’t say Beasly’s comment was irrelevant to what was being discussed, I said you are arguing with people as if they are claiming the Cowboys don’t make mistakes, and that’s not the point they are making. In other words, you are making an argument that isn’t even about what people are saying. The point people are making is that Beasley is overvaluing himself and reacting poorly by airing things out on social media.
You seem to be a pea in the same pod though. Sorry, but most people don’t buy the idea that whining on social media is the way to handle things, even if there is some validity to the grievance.

Dude... Your agenda is not helping you make any sense... I can name on one hand the number of starting QBs in the league that can have success without a true #1 WR. Perhaps you can too...Whether Amari Cooper is "better" than Dez really isn't the point. You had Dak outright state he doesn't need a #1, just needs "people to get open" - yet, he couldn't get it done and we had to give up a valuable pick for a skill position.
Did Dak, yes or no, publicly call out Linehan? Did Linehan, yes or no, outright try to downplay what Dez said?
Where is Linehan right now? Could Dak play without a #1 WR?
It's not difficult to find. Cole Beasley is trending on Twitter today. What exactly did he say on Twitter?
Maybe YOU should read?
Straight from what Bleu Star said: "Cris Carter is defending our organization" - he actually put "defending" in bold. So "lol", get context? Next time, read the discussion before hopping in. No, the point is not "he's overvaluing himself" which it was SPECIFICALLY POINTED OUT BY THE PERSON WHO STARTED THIS THREAD that Cris Carter is defending a dysfunctional organization.
I don't care what "most people" buy - Beasley isn't trying to appeal to you, you don't hand out contracts. You sperg on a message board like the rest of us. He'll get a contract with another team, most likely find success, while we have an owner outright saying we are still far from a super bowl victory.

So, I am asking you, was the criticisms Dez gave to our coaching staff and playcalling showing some merit now? Where is Linehan? If there was no validity to what he said, why is Linehan unemployed?
First... Let me say that you aren't plotting any new ground or parting any red seas here on CZ... because this has been hashed and rehashed.
But, to pacify you, I will repeat what I have already read several times here on CZ after that beautiful day in April of 2018.. The 13th to be exact.
Dez had very valid points but the way in which he went about expressing them (the same blueprint Cole Beasley now follows) was and remains dead wrong. You keeping in the family and work it out. Period. Make the money. Don't let the money make you.
So, an alarming number of players that have left us or are still on this team have publicly called out this coaching staff, yet that's not the way to go about it? Seems they lack anywhere else to go with it - maybe, just maybe, it has to do with the very front office that Beasley is talking about?
You get even Hurns called out the coaching staff as well? Seems to be a trend here.
It's probably short sighted to assume Chris Carter hasn't studied any tape on a WR he has such a strong opinion of.
If you say so.
