Now? We've been churning the roster the entire off season. Almost daily at times. It's far from what I would call a circus show. More like the new way of doing business.

Right or wrong, I'm under the impression that it picked up somewhat when we discovered that things were going awry. If that's a mistaken interpretation, then so be it. I didn't mean for it to come off in a negative way, however. I enjoy the excitement of the circus, just like I get excited seeing needed changes coming to fruition. Kinda wish they didn't wait 'til the last minute to make so many of them, though. That's the only thing that has me somewhat uneasy but in retrospect, I'd have to agree that it's quite possibly better late than never.

And I think they are just the scapegoat for predictable playcalling.

Michael will probably be the next one to look horrible with no space to run in as well.

The same predictable playcalling that allowed DeMarco Murray to run for 1,800 yards?

They basically brought the guy in for a month to learn the offense, then planned to work him in in the second halves of games for a few weeks, and then, if all went well, ramp him up from there. But they couldn't get to using him more against NE and the Saints because we were playing from behind so much. So now they're going to do it by giving him reps earlier. You can bet they'll still go with whoever gets the hot hand.

I think it's got less to do with anything Randle or McFadden hasn't done. Just this week the Joneses are still talking about how effective McFadden will be later in the year and how he was effective catching the ball. Randle, I suppose, could have his carries in trouble, but that seems unlikely because he's generally been more effective than McFadden has been.

I'm going to take them at their word that Michael just brings power to the running game that the other guys don't have, and that they'd like to see that put on the field here, especially since we're really struggling with an identity on offense.

The bold statement kind of emphasizes my point. Randle and McFadden don't bring power. CMike does. Like Murray did.
But we shall see. :)

Yes.. The same predictable playcalling that sucked last year and doesn't have Romo here to save it as well.

Stop.

I have problems with Linehan's offensive system, but "predictability" is not one of them.

This is not Linehans system.

This is Garretts system and Linehan is just here to make sure Jason doesn't get pass happy.

Please, back this up.

Because the system we are running now is nearly identical to the system Lions were running from 2011-2013. Guess who was the offensive coordinator?

It's not Linehans system because I said so.
