I find it hard to believe (not criticizing you) that the Bengals would turn down the offer the Skins made just to make Chad "sweat". It might have more to do with the cap hit (I think). If they do trade him and kick him in the *** at the same time, they should ship him to a team that may not contend for awhile (Falcons, Dolphins, 49ers if they want him)

Think about this though, can you pay two number 1 wideouts?. The only way Dallas makes a move liks this is if they do not plan on extending T.O., who tunrs 35 in December.

If they do end up trading him it makes sense they would wait until after June 1 so they can spread the $8 cap hit over 2 years rather than absorb it all this year. Personally, I really don't want to give up a #1 pick (Plus others probably) for a 30 year old WR.

If you guys pick up our cap hit, and give us a #1 draft pick, heck, I bless the trade, and wish you guys luck.

Adam can update - they changed the June 1 Rule a year back i read. Teams can now cut a player and get June 1 cap relief early and gets player on market sooner.

I hope he stays out of Dallas...one team's thug here is enough!

dude............CJ is not a thug. I'm not sure why some have that impression. He's not really a problem child either. He's passionate, that's for sure and he's actually a pretty funny guy. He's got some kid left in him which is a good thing.

I remember him as a rookie.................ALWAYS in Marvin's ear asking how he could be better. How he could be the best WR in the game. I really wouldn't mind him here.
