Him being a bust does us no good.

I guess you would rather be right and lose. Good luck with that.

No one is rooting against Mo. Speaking only for yours truly, I'm personally tired of his act. He is stealing money and should give a percentage back out of the goodness of his heart. Not rooting against. Just tired of the lack of action.

Why should he give his money back?

Tashard never did after his fumble against Washington or asking for Vicks autograph.

I understand the hate for Claiborne. The good news is we drafted him on the rookie scale. .....just think if it was before that haha.

That being said "if" Claiborne can contribute as a 2-4 corner it would allow us to use Byron at FS. Scandrick, Carr, Claiborne, Patmon, White/Fields would be decent with Wilcox at strong and Byron at FS. Church being moved around as more a LB/S hybrid would be great. Upgraded front 7 and DL rushing only 4 we would look tons better on defense.

Claiborne wears the star and I will support and defend him until he is gone. I'm hoping for much better play so it will be one less hole to fill.

Stealing money is a bit dramatic

I can be a little dramatic at times... Don't hold that against me. He hasn't done crap on the field. Zilch. Nothing. Nada. The dude has been a physical therapist's dream client since being drafted #6. He proved himself as a liability early in his rookie year, became a walking injury for the next couple of years, then got all huffy with the staff after they rightfully replaced him with my boy Oscan in the starting lineup early last year. Screw that guy. His me 1st attitude was on clear display when they slotted Oscan ahead of him in the lineup. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Tashard never exhibited what I just laid out in my last post AND he was not a top 10 pick.

4th round pick
#6 overall
No comparison

Mo is pretty dead to me but I hope he can somehow find a way to actually earn some of the money he has been siphoning.

Tashard was not a team player. He whined and *****ed about carries, thinking he was better than he was.

But you were OK with that.

How much longer are ppl going to hold out hope for Mo? He's not a great athlete. He isn't physical. He is penalty prone, has no swagger. On top of that, he lacks intelligence. And yet all that gets forgiven because he's hurt all the time! He is a fringe NFL player IMO. Sterling Moore vastly improved the play at that position when Mo went down again. But I do hope B Jones ends up being the best FS we have had since Woody, almost as much as I wanted Frederick at center. We probably need someone to emerge for that to happen.

Can somebody put together a video of Mos season from last season? A similar video to the one that guy made for Randle would be perfect...I know it's a lot to ask but I'd be interested in viewing it
i found a vid but am having trouble getting the link to work

I hate it when people get pesonally. Especially these days with the internet and anonymity thru avatars and nicknames people tend to be the worst example for the evolution of manking.

Anyways....

This one i like. At least a sign of intelligent humor. Refreshing for my brain.

Most crap in this thread is not worth the HDD space its saved on. And the latter is cheap these days.

There is a segment from last week or the week before's The Blitz on DC.com over viewing his rehab. They show him running on the treadmill and doing work with bands on individual legs. He is very far along in his rehab. If you will recall, he had his surgery in October.

I know that a lot of people think he is mentally weak but I don't think it is that simple. He had surgeries on both knees and had to rehab both knees. Mentally weak people aren't running on a treadmill 6 months post op.

Yeah, it would be a bonus. If he could just play well enough, they could play Jones some at FS, which is really what I'd like to see. I think the defense would really take off with Jones at FS and with the DL providing a much improved pass rush.

Playing Jones at FS is one of those things I like more and more. I think they will give him reps at CB and FS (and he is clearly bright enough to handle that) and make the decision on where Jones plays late in the preseason.

I never thought I would join the bandwagon of low expectations, but slide over so I can take a seat here.

If he can find anyway to:

A. Get on the field.
B. Stay on the field.
C. Contribute.

I will be pleased. Anything more, and as others have said, would be gravy.

I have this feeling we are drafting for corner in 2016.

By all accounts, he's a good guy and a very hard worker. He's had a string of bad luck, between missing time early in camp and not getting a chance to build his strength. I believe he's just a guy who's been so much more talented than the WRs he's played up until he got to this level that he's never really had to deal with a lot of athletic adversity. Add to the problem that he's got some challenges in the classroom, that we've had a couple of different DCs, and that he's missed a lot of that training time, and it's just been the worst combination of things for him. As has been mentioned in the thread, he plays man pretty well and struggles primarily in off coverage. Hopefully, we're able to play even more man this season and take advantage of what he gives us there.
