3rd cb, in passing situations

Scandrick is our best CB, and he's not going to be the 3rd CB. My guess is Carr will be the 2nd CB in most situations because of one thing, he'd better against the run

Scan is the starter by a mile if healthy. I know they've taken it slow with him and he's even said he wasn't back all the way yet.... granted a few weeks ago. I want him right before he comes back. Hopefully it's this week.
