I'd love to see a Killswitch Engage/Five Finger Death Punch/Avenged Sevenfold halftime show. I know it'll never happen though.

I saw Killswitch and F.F.D.P. this past summer...oh my god do they put on great live shows. This was my 3rd year straight seeing FFDP

racism, PLUS a little homophobia sprinkled in on the first page? stay classy, cowboyszone. i sometimes manage to forget that i'm still living in the bible belt, but i'm always reminded shortly after.

to the dude making comparisons to "rap vs. hip hop", it's the same thing, man. some of it just sucks, while some of it is really, really good. the same can be said for literally any other genre of music that has ever existed. there is rap music out there (quite a bit, actually) that has lyrics that are insightful, meaningful, and extremely well-written. most people here though obviously aren't willing to see that as true, or be shown any examples. that bothers me, but hey, to each his own.

just don't try to lump all of hip hop (and in the process make yourself seem like a racist jerk) in with the dumb rims, bling and *****ez garbage that's out there. it's no different than nickelback or whatever other terrible rock band singin' about their stupid trash. like i said, every genre has good and bad; try to open your mind and actually think about things before just accepting what you've always believed for no reason.

(here's a hint, if it's on the radio or MTV, it's probably crap no matter WHAT kind of music it is)

I wont argue with the fact that their is good and bad in all genres (cept folk music thats all garbage).
