Romo is the real OC.
Romo is the real OC.
The media lets him off the hook, because he is a good politician (aka, bull****ter).
For the record, I still support Garrett, because he is our coach, so obviously I want him to do well. But man, we have lost FIVE straight games. FIVE, since Romo went down.
I think back to the time I was in the military and lost (literally) my right-hand man. If I never accomplished a mission in the aftermath, I would really question my leadership ability.
He talks about guys stepping up, well....
I really wish we had a guy like Sean Payton sometimes.
Ugh. I'm just tired of all of this. We've basically run the same offense for damn near a decade now and every year we sit and wonder how teams with far less offensive talent are so much more explosive.
He has come along ways..........he had 4 chances to freeze our kicker, and he didn't even once. Its a process to improvement in one area at a time.
You have a good point dude. The defense isn't absolved from blame. Literally our only pass rush is a gimpy Hardy. So much for dudes benefitting from his presence. He's playing with a bunch of JAG's on that defensive line. No wonder they can't create takeaways. No ******* wonder. Our ******* DC playing off instead of playing to Mo and Carr's strength of pressing and disrupting. Playing that bum Heath over JJ. Absolutely pathetic. This dude isn't any better than Rob Ryan. It's sad. Lee and McClain getting stone walled again. One of them has to be benched.
I was bored
Garrett will be here for YEARS. He is our version of Marvin Lewis. Maybe in Year 13, it will finally pay off.
Hardy is the defense's Romo. So good he covers up the stink.
Again, it wasn't the QBs as much as the receivers. If guys can't get open, QB can't throw to them. TWill has been VERY disappointing. Beasley has done little w/o Romo and Street picks up a paycheck.
WItten gets open as best he can. Hanna/Escobar ...? And Lucky Whitehead either sucks or isn't being used right (see Dwayne Harris).
The defense did more than enough to win this game and the last game (2 offensive TDs in 2 games).
the offense is just killing Dallas. Thank goodness for Dan Bailey
Y'all are unreal. Was Garrett and co "conservative" Last week against the Giants? No. What happened? Cassel threw 3 picks and almost single-handedly lost the game for us. Ok, we ran the ball 3 straight times after the pick. I wasn't exactly happy about that but at the same time, the only thing that would've been worse would have been...AN INTERCEPTION!! Something which Matt "Dumb****" Cassel showed us ALL last week that he is VERY GOOD at doing, ESP in the second half. So tbh, idk how anyone can second guess the conservative nature of the coaching staff in the second half.
The real party that deserves a WHOLE LOT of blame is the ****in FRONT OFFICE for not signing a REAL, LIVE gotdamn BACKUP QUARTERBACK. Matt Cassel and Brandon Weeden will make ANY coaching staff look absolutely miserable, and before you go off bringing up Cassel in New ENgland, Cassel didn't have to learn the entire Pats playbook in 4 weeks the season he was forced into action...

I can't imagine many people in his position be as gutless as he is.
He is conservative to the point that it is detrimental.
Tell that to Bill Belichick
