Some are really comparing the winning streak the Cowboys had with Dak in 2016 to Cooper Rush playing one half of good football. And are acting like these are the same situations. That's when you know the dislike towards Dak is bias.

It's beyond bias. It's personal hatred. Just listen to their embarrassing and disrespectful remarks towards Dak.

No one criticizes Dak on a personal level. All criticism is on the field and it's all valid and irrefutable. But the Dak trolls will defend him like he's paying their bills.

I feel Dak is overpaid. A lot. As a QB1, I’d rank him between 9-14, but he’s currently paid like a 7. That said, they’re ALL overpaid, and if guys like Foles and Flacco and Eli Manning or Trent Dilfer can win it all, Dak can too. Compared to Romo, Dak is bigger and stronger, a good guy, a leader and a hard worker. Romo had a prettier pass and better escapability, and had become a real student of the game.


Whoever the QB1 is, I support him and wish him well, because there’s NOTHING else I can do. I’m just a fan, and all I can do is speculate and enjoy the game.

We have been saying this about Dak for going on 5 years now.

Here's what the coach's job is:

Get the offense and the defense to both play great at the same time.

The big problem we've had the last few seasons and when we've made the playoffs is one or the other will show up but not both.

You can't blame the lack of playoff success on just the QB play. It's one job among 21 other jobs.

Brady helps prove this yet again last year when he went out there and engineered yet another drive to get the lead back..and then watched the Bucs defense fall apart and allow a Rams TD with less than a 1:00 to play.

He may be the best there ever was. Did it matter? Not even a little bit. Everybody has to do their job.

Dak is good enough to get this team to the playoffs. How far the team goes if/when they get there is up to the team.

Emmanuel Acho HATES Dak! He's always cutting Dak down. But, I have to give Acho full credit. He finally went against his personal feelings and broke film down 100% correctly! Acho proved who truly was to blame for Week 1's loss, and it was mostly the "genius" calling the plays WHOM Coach McCarthy told afterwards he needs to be "smarter in his playcalling!"

Dak Prescott, 4th round draft pick, was thrown into the starting lineup on week #1 in his rookie season..

Is that "coddled"?

The predictions were not optimistic. Dak wasn't supposed to start. He wasn't even supposed to be the backup. Heck, he wasn't even supposed to be activated....for any game unless there was an injury. As it turns out, there were two injuries before the season even began.

So how bad was it? How quickly did the season disintegrate?

Well, they lost the first game because a veteran starting WR didn't get out of bounds. And then they won 11 straight.

That's right, eleven straight. So they won in spite of starting a rookie 4th round draft pick?

No, they won 11 straight games because they started a rookie 4th round draft pick.

Dak proceeded to break the record for number of pass attempts before throwing his first career INT, a record previously held by Tom Brady. He also set the rookie record for completion percentage and passer rating. In other words, Dak had the best season for a rookie QB in NFL history.

Dak was so good that he was treated as an equal to Pro Bowl QB's like Aaron Rodgers and Russel Williams when it came to playoff expectations. However, when Dak tied the Packer game with 35 seconds left after being behind by 18 points, the season was over. it was the defense that had been coddled all year long.

Dak, a rookie that was going to be "developed" into a serviceable backup, had led the Dallas Cowboys to a 13-3 season

But that's "coddled"............
