With his intense hatred of the Cowboys, you know it's a great team when he can't shut his fat mouth. The last time he was this critical was back in the 90's Super Bowl years. Gotta love seeing Dak & the boyz getting under his skin again!:lmao:
 
I liked the Sunday/Thursday night better with Mike Tirico (spelling) over Michaels...
 
He got it right about our special teams being special on this night...

You are in dreamland. Collinsworth is about the most fair announcer. He praises this team when they do good and doesn't when they don't.

This is the type of Cowboys homerism which gets to me. When you are so jaded you can't see past the Cowboy sunglasses when discussing he media.

Yes, of course. Seems odd though that my Vikings friend was livid about all the love that they were giving the Dallas Cowboys last night. Completely weird that my Panthers friend with us at the bar said that Collinsworth always hates the Panthers and my Raiders friend told me that he also hates the Raiders from back in the day when he played for the Bengals.

Must be that he just hates every team equally when he compliments the opposing teams for good play or calls out poor play by our favorite teams. Certainly could not be because he is calling the game like he sees it. Never that.

Where do you guys get this stuff from? I don't even understand the Joe Buck hate.

I haven't heard a single announcer ever since watching football that had obvious Cowboys' hate. Collinsworth is easily the most hardworking announcer, he and Mike made an awesome duo during the Chiefs and Broncos game and I'm hoping to have more of that in the future. Cris genuinely loves the game of football and they even had a special of how much research he does before games with each team, even has a lot of talks with the players and staff to get up to date.

I get you may not like the personality of an announcer, I tend to really dislike Phil Simms as an announcer, but I feel a lot of this stuff goes into weird conspiracy theory territory. "The refs and announcers are against us! It's us vs. the world guys!"

Love or Hate him...

That point in the game when Collinsworth called the go to Dez play, and like 1 second later, the Cowboys went big to Dez for what turned into the game winning play was a beautiful piece of color commentary.
 
Mute button is a my best friend. I just tire of Collinsworth's voice. I can't say he hates the Cowboys, its just that he talks too much. jmo.
 
I just don't like his voice. I don't like Joe Buck's voice either.

I like Gruden the best actually.
