Some real head scrachers there

Brooking rated higher then James and Choice faster the Roy would be the 2 big once for me other then all the missing players

Spears a 71? Spencer a 72? Jenkins and Scandrick a 73 & 71?

Don't even get me started on how Bennett is completely overrated over Crayton..and how they cannot put all of our draft picks on the team...

Columbo is just as good of a RT as Flozell is a LT.

Ratliff at 87 is laughable. Same with Nick Folk at 87 with his accuracy at 93.

Barber at 88? Pfft.

Austin's speed is only 91.

I hope our guys prove the Madden people horribly horribly wrong this year and through these ratings back in their face.

Most of it seems to be about right i think. The only ones that bother me are Roy Williams seems to be slow on here but hopefully he shows them something different through the season. Jon Kitna is overall rating sorta surprised me, I thought he be rated in the upper 70's. Nick Folk overall should be 99 because he's a bad ***. just my opinion though :\

So you're honestly fine with Keith Brooking being rated 4 points higher than Bradie James?

What about MartyB being better than Patrick Crayton?

Oh and I love that any free agent we ever sign to the Cowboys gets a ratings downgrade. Like Olshansky going from an 86 while he was a Charger at the end of the year but is now an 80 with us.

Sensabaugh went from a 79 to a 73. Brooking from an 89 to 86.

no columbo isn't

ratliff is about right, maybea 90 overall would be okay, but it's not like one training camp can't jump him up significantly

austin isn't nearly as fast as fans think he is, 91 is about right. this whole notion that austin is a burner is laughable.

barber is the only one you mentioned that I agree is too low.

EA changed their rating scale this year to get a wider range form top to bottom, so the majority of players will be lower then they were last year.

Not really down, they adjusted the scale to make the elites truely elite. I think you'll see more of an impact in the game from players like Ware this year, whereas I've always tried to get him on my team only to have him dissapear and post up mediocre numbers. I've seen him get stonewalled by nobodies far too often, so hopefully their new scale works.

this brings to light something i found particularly interesting.

did anyone else notice that they not only have Spencer with a lower overall rating than Greg (which could be understandable), but they have him SLOWER than Greg too! i think Greg was a 73 and Spencer is 72!

i'm pretty sure Spencer is quite a bit faster than Greg.
