I worry that Quinn will go to the Raiders or the Lions. Two real pits. If you are a real fan of Smith, hope he goes to a good team. Better to lose some money on a lower draft status then go to a pit.

The bottom batch of teams right now is Arizona- probably not going after a QB. Raiders- probably WILL. Detroit. Yes. Houston- tossup right now. Green Bay- no. SF- NO. Miami= probably.
So Detroit and Raiders for sure are going after a QB. Looks bad for Quinn.

It is a pity, tho, when a kid so gifted mentally with QB I&I and so physically talented has to make way for less worthy but less vertically challenged.

But hey, he's got an inch or two on Seneca Wallace...the kid just needs a coach with the balls to transcend height.

You know something? Flutie would have been a good (if not great) qb if he had only been given a decent chance. The years he spent in the CFL were wasted because of the old school mentality that many NFL coaches exhibited way back in the 80s when he was still in his prime.
