In anticipation for a salary cap free 2009 does Jerry sign players knowing that the salary cap will go away at the end of this year and pay out some deals.

Cowboys have a good revenue stream and will be able to spend some money!!

I don't know if you can sign guys, now, with the anticipation that there will for sure be no cap. What happens if you sign a bunch now and then some how a deal gets done and all the sudden at the end of 09 when you expected no cap there is one? YOu'd be screwed.
