The team doesn't necessarily play better.

The offense is worse.

And we got blown out by two good teams.

We beat lowly giants that are somehow much worse than Cowboys.

We beat Washington because they missed to PATs...and our special team scored twice so people can't even claim he balanced out the defense.
They have absolutely played better the last two games. It took the first two games for Rush to settle in, and it also took those two games to pull the team out of the funk Dak had them in.

We were getting blown out with Dak in there too, and two of his wins were over the lowly Giants and the Browns. The win over the Steelers was also a miracle fluke.

Still laughing. Call me when he puts up more than 14 points on offense and beats a good team. In his first stint as starter, the Cowboys won games despite very little offense, then he was destroyed vs Philly. In this stint, teams were destroying him again because the offense cannot put up points. He wins vs Washington and NY by putting up 14 points in each game while the rushing offense picked up vs two bad defenses. Rush is an adequate backup QB with no special skills, but he plays his part. Every game we have won has been due to complimentary football against poor defenses where the offense didn’t have to do much and the defense and special teams provided scoring.

If you are a Cowboys fan, you have to appreciate Cooper Rush, but let’s not be silly. He will never be a starter in the NFL.
We have been waiting for Dak to beat good teams for 9 years now, so that argument of yours is weak.

There's a very good chance Rush gets a starting job next season with a team that has no QB. He could start right now for a few.

So it's not that they are playing a 2-10 team as opposed to a 9-2 team...nah that has nothing to do with it.

How far back And deep did you have to reach to pull out this one?

Rush could start for giants. Maybe panthers. That's about it.

Nobody is going to sign a 30 year old backup QB with noodle arm to start for anything...if these teams are desperate for a QB they are drafting one and starting the rookie...

The Rush slober is quite messy around here

It's weird how they can't see how bad his arm is. Beyond weird.

Rush’s win over Washington was a bigger “miracle fluke”. The Cowboys’ QB2 next season will be a quarterback that can develop into a legitimate NFL starting quarterback. Rush is, at best, Dallas’ emergency QB in 2025.

And gets rid of the ball much quicker both passing and handing off. OL doesn't have to hold blocks anywhere near as long. Makes them look better when they haven't changed at all.
Anyone notice that both in the pregame with Jimmy and then the announces how they remarked how Rush got rid of the ball quickly, almost a dig at Dak?

At their peeks Prescott is the better QB. But again, some of y'all seem to think that he will come back next year all young and spry when he was looking old and slow, taking sacks just standing around in the backfield to take sacks this season. I think physically, he is done for.
