Cooper Rush makes the Cowboys a better team

So if 32 teams had to pick between Cooper Rush and Dak do you really believe they would pick Rush over Dak?

Also lets not forget if it wasn't for 2 special teams TD's we lose that game. Did Rush play well vs the Commanders? But is he better than Dak? Heck No.

Technically not true. The last special team TD was unnecessary. The runner could have just downed the football.

This is the only fan base that would pick Cooper Rush over Dak. Most would pick Trey Lance over Dak. Will Greir would likely get more fan support than Dak.

But the record needs to be set straight:
Against the Commanders, Rush drove the Cowboys to what should have been six points early from field goals, with Aubrey missing one, while the other was blocked. The Cowboys should have had six more points, making all of the drama at the end unnecessary.
The Cowboys dominated time of possession by eight minutes. This allowed the defense to play better, not being worn out.
Rush moved the ball even when the Cowboys didn't score, letting the Cowboys defense rest.
Rush gave the team the leadership it had been missing. Even vs the Texans he played well. And he is coming in cold, just getting a chance.
The game vs the Eagles is on McCarthy; he restricted the offense, being too tentative to allow Rush to exploit the Eagles defense.
And for the Dak lovers to be trolling and knocking the guy who has breathed life into the Cowboys offense shows they only care about propping up Dak.
The Cowboys can play as a team because they finally have a quarterback. It's not a coincidence that the defense plays better when Rush is in the game. He doesn't go three and out on every series and he lets the defense rest.
It’s not a coincidence that the run game is better because Rush is a threat the defense must account for in the passing game.
Is Rush the answer? I don't know. But he IS better than Dak.
But it is clear that Jerry Jones has wasted the last eight years with Dak, and now the next four.
Dak Prescott IS NOT an elite QB.
Rush, however, has repeatedly proven he is a capable quarterback.
A strong arm is useless if you don't know how to use it. Dak has proved that.
Rush uses his abilities to lead the Cowboys offense.

so its Aubrey's fault...interesting....Rush Sloberers are amazing breed.

so them missing two PATs that pretty much cost them the game had nothing to do with it. scoring not one but two kick returns had nothing to do with it.

I agree, Dak prescott is not and elite QB...what's your point? everyone on this board agrees on that.

Rush had a 40 yard passing output and got clobered and fumbled multiple times playing against better competition. we had ZERO chance in either of those games.
on the other hand he can be average to slightly below average playing teams on a losing streak or injured Rookie QBs and is going to feat on a 2-8 team on Thanksgiving and youa re going to declare he is a HOF type player...as you did with Moore.

but again, you are so typical....before his first game, there was post after post, thread after thread. after the loss and 40 yard passing you stupidly declared he wasn't so bad...it was everybody else at fault and then totally disappear after the second loss, only to pop your head again

definition of a fair weather fan.

Cheaper is better than Dak, because Dak ins't 57 million dollars better than Rush. He's not even 10 million dollars better than Rush.

What team is going to take Dak's contract right now besides the Cowboys?

Not one. For that reason alone Rush would have a better chance of singing a deal with another team.

Well, that is a very big problem. Another problem is a coaching staff that willfully starts players when better alternatives are on the roster. What do the coaches respect? Obviously not themselves.
