Coop is doing what he is suppose to do. Dak is better than Coop.

In what areas has Dak shown his superiority this season? The second half of last season was rough on Dak as well. The current trend is not pointing upwards for Dak, it it is pointing up for Rush though.

Cooper Rush isn’t going to develop into more than what he is a bus driver who can manage games. He’s not very talented or productive and has to play within himself. He’s receiving a lot of love from fans on the board despite our lack of offense because the Cowboys are winning. The love affair will stop with him when we play a real good team and we can’t stay with them offensively. We’re winning games with our defense.

If Rush doesn’t win another game, he still passed will have passed the expectations that most fans had for him. I would guess that the low expectations takes the pressure off of Rush.

That's the way all players are paid, not just quarterbacks. And how else would you pay them? Stats? Wins? Number of years in the league? Pure subjective evaluation?
No way is perfect, the way it's done is as good as any, or at least not as bad as some...

The problem with Cooper playing well, is Dak’s contract becomes almost un-tradeable, unless he agrees to take pay cut to start somewhere else. Nobody is going to want to take on a contract with a no trade-clause for a guy getting outplayed by Rush.

No one wants him anyway so no biggie here........

Well seeing as how he put up ZERO td's in week 1.....hmmmm.

Last season Dak put up zero td's in 2 games....1 td in 3 games....and 1 td in 3 straight games....and over a 5 game stretch had 5 total td's (and 5 int's in those games).....so your point is what?
