Guess the salary. He was severely underpaid at 4 million a year compared to others.

I'm guessing 4 years 90 million.

Well RJ Ochoa, to quote Hall of Famer ShannonSharpe..."Capital B! Capital O! Capital A! Capital F! BOAF!"

Jerry is pinching pennies if he offers Mike a contract, AND all he ever does is for show and attention.
He has insulted Mike for 5 years with his current contract if he really believes he's one of the best coaches in the league.

You will get....the highest paid coach in NFL history......And be expected to love it. Highest paid QB....Highest paid coach ever....What could possibly go wrong with that?????

:omg:
More quitting when things don't go right?

The Cowboys denied is the request, doesn't mean that McCarthy wants to be here. I'd say given that he is listed as one of the lowest paid HC's he and his agent should demand a big increase in salary. Hell Jerry had no problem paying Prescott and that dude in year 10 is still working on fundamentals.
McCarthy’s pay is in the middle among current NFL head coaches.

We were All In, injuries just derailed the master plan. Add 1 more draft class and 2-3 bargain bin free agents and the Cowboys will be Super All In! No one will be able to stop us
People keep missing what Jerry meant by all-in. And it ain’t how the rest of the world defines it.

Jerry was embarrassed by the GB debacle. And he felt the SB caliber roster HE assembled let him down. His all-in meant there would be no reinforcements, it was up to them to play up to what he believed their potential was.

McCarthy likes Dallas.
They why did he put his house on the market? I realize that doesn't mean anything because people do that all the time, but the timing, the final year of his contract, is very suspect.

They are just exercising their right to deny while they can. As of Jan.14 Big Mike can freely talk to other teams.

This is just screwing Jerry and Stephen up. They can't drag this out for eight or nine months like they did with the Dak and CeeDee contracts. They have one week to make a call on this and they just don't know what to do.

Heres the thing , McCarthy is done with Jerry .

Now he is asking for real money , if Jerry denies , then mike has several NFL teams that want him AND WILL PAY HIM HIS WORTH.
