Cowboy Tweets 10/9

Sounds like the Packers coaching staff goaded the Cowboys into throwing the the ball instead or running it. Left Dez one on one on purpose. If we complete pass Rodgers has time to do his thing, if not they don't have to use a time out or lose 30+ seconds. It worked to pefection. Our coaching staff always gets outsmarted. It's not their fault, you can't squeeze blood out of turnips. We HAVE to have puppet coaches here and no GM because Jerry's EGO needs to be fed.

You NEVER roll the dice like that. One holding call, one fumble etc would screw you and the team would look foolish. Only issue I had was the throw when we coule have burned 30+ seconds off the clock or had GB use a time out.

Also, did you not see us barely pick up the 4th down earlier. You can't just asume you will easily get the TD.

We picked up three different 4th downs and we would have had 3 shots at getting the ball into the end zone from the 1-yard line.

The notion that there were only two options available (throwing on 2nd and 2 or running the clock down to :01 before scoring the go ahead TD), which is what Our Fearless Leader seems to want us to believe, is really starting to grind my gears. How about running the ball on 2nd down, so that GB would be forced to either call their last t/o or watch us burn off 30-40 seconds?

Simple. Like Green Bay coaches said, they set that up. They knew by forcing the pass, we either score giving them almost two minutes ... or we stop the clock. Our coaches were hook, line and sinker. We play checkers while other teams play chess.

In an ideal world, Dak runs it down to the 1 and gets down. We run more clock and score. But man oh man. Imagine the pitchforks if we did that and didn't score on four plays

Get you some

So what man? They sucked when they played in Dallas. Blame it on coaching or whatever. But they sucked when they played here. They NEVER EVER NEVER got a turnover! Now I’m fully convinced it was mostly the defense and the scheme we run but those players WHILE THEY WERE DALLAS COWBOYS simply couldn’t get the ball. Ever. Period. Exclamation point
