Ware doubled in Dallas? And leave another rusher open? No way.

This went over my head.

If he's getting double teamed, then he's doing his job and should be on the roster. If he's not, then it will be just like it was in Denver, largely, and he won't miss Miller on the other side.

Oh ****. I didn't realize that. Dollar for dollar?

Yes. Before they didn't let teams roll it over so teams got really creative with incentives in contracts that did the rollovers through loopholes. So the NFL changed the rules to let teams just roll the cap room over directly.

It's not your money and it's not like we get to roll it over. Jerry won't miss that money.

It's not Jerry I'm worried about. Even the rich guys have a salary cap. And it is like we get to roll it over.

So I'm undertsanding you correctly. The Browns could pocket 50M each of the next 3 years, then have an extra 150M cap space at that point in time?

No, I think the rolled over amount expires. Let's say the Browns roll over $50 million and have $50 million in space, giving them $100 million in 2018. Let's say they use $25 million, leaving $75 million. I *believe* only $25 million would roll over to 2019, as opposed to the full unused $75 million.
