Like who? Just asking...
Any player available is going to be a degree of washed (or just not that good), but I think and of Mark Ingram, David Johnson and Darrel Williams could come in and just be a serviceable presence for a small role.

The number of guys out there makes signing Jones so early so odd to me.

I look forward to seeing if Houston has progressed. There are other players who showed less than he did last season whom we could cut. Yes, I'm looking at you, Simi.
Booger and Chuckles drafted Simi, so he will be one of the last ones to shut off the lights in the building....meanwhile, at least one of their UDFA WR's who try and get stashed, will get claimed and do great things....you heard it here first.

Let's get Dak extended, because I'm told he's like a fine wine, he'll get better with age.
That's good because right now he's grape juice

The Cowboys have plenty of G's. Why would they need to make a deal like that? Why would the Bears trade Jenkins?

You seem to really like him for some reason.
He’s a good poster. But a lot of his trades don’t make much sense. But it’s not like any of my predictions make sense either lol

He was available last year and it seems he could be had again. I think Jenkins maybe a better OG then Tackle. Also Jenkins has the size and the Power to do what we need at the LG spot. The Bears did recieve alot of calls on him. I think he should be a inplay via trade

I’d expect a deal for a current player:

Micah, Diggs or Dak extension?

Is Micah eligible for an extension yet? He was taken in 2021, and I think that there is a CBA rule saying that he can't be extended until after his 3rd season. This, being the 2023 season, would be his third season. However, I can see Diggs and Dak getting done. I think we probably will see both get a 4 year deal to try to offset cap space. I think if anyone else is signed, it's probably going to be Cook and maybe a kicker. Watch for the kicker from the NJ Generals be brought in. I was at a USFL game recently, and he's a solid kicker. (actually, I've been to two, I saw the Maulers vs Stallions game in early May, along with the 4th quarter of the Generals vs Breakers game, and I went to the one this past weekend, both in Canton) I think the Cowboys would do well to bring him and the one from the Philadelphia Stars to compete for the kicking job.

We're wasting Prescott's glory years if we don't fix the defense! (sarcasm).

Just cross your fingers for Dalvin Cook to be released after June 1st.

That's the player that would complete the offense.

Releases on June 1 haven’t been a thing since the league agreed on the June designation rule over a decade ago.

Trades on the other hand, maybe.

With so much talent they should win something in....say.....three decades.
Jerry has him and most others brain washed to think "being in contention" is good enough. And that in contention will eventually lead to getting TO the SB!
Not winning SB, just getting to one.

I realized the other day,as I watched the 92,and 93 SB's and that was so long ago, the screen was the almost square 4:3 display! No score bar or
other graphics on screen, you had to wait for a score or end of qtr to see the score.
LCD tv's had not been invented yet.
Bill Clinton had just become president .
Think about what car you were driving in 92?

It was a long time ago!

the owners cant pocket cap money.
Yes they can.

"NFL teams are allowed to roll over any unused cap space from one season to the next. Clubs must tell the league they plan to roll over cap space by 4 p.m. ET on the day after their regular-season finale.

While the NFL has a salary cap, it also has a salary floor, so teams cannot hold onto money in perpetuity. Teams must spend at least 89% of the cap over a four-year period, while the NFL as a whole must spend at least 95% of the cap."

At minimum 11% of a NFL team's cap is free money. Now, go look up depreciation of assets. Then put 1+2 together. https://www.greenberglawoffice.com/roster-depreciation-allowance/

No you can not depreciate your children. You are not rich and can prove your children are assets.
