Patriots don't have a "formula". They have the greatest QB to ever play and probably the greatest coach ever. This isn't something you can copy. Not one other team this century have came close to achieving what they have.
this you cant copy the pats unless u have what they have which is the greatest coach of all time and maybe the best qb to ever play the game

Dak was a product of his offensive coordinator. Dak is in his 4th year. The previous 3 years he was a wide eyed rookie totally dependent on his OC. He's in his 4th year now and with a new OC. This is his year. I don't understand fans that don't get that. You and the rest just focus on the hate and what you hear from the SAS'S of the world.

What in the world are you talking about. I like Dak just fine; I'm not a hater.

Are you going to me you really think Dak can be a Drew Breese, Tom Brady, Pat Mahomes type??

Dak is a fine player, but let's not pretend he's something he'll never be..

Who said he was a Brady? Not me. Dak is top 8 QB in the NFL IMO. Brady is the GOAT. Don't try and put words in my mouth to fit your shaded agenda.

Haven't even watched the video, but it's obvious to me that with Dak as our QB, we must allocate sufficient resources to overcome Dak's deficiencies.

Right now, we just can't be the Patriots..

The Cowboys offense scored more points against the Rams defense than the Patriots scored against the Rams defense.

Dak was not the reason they lost.the Rams game...

Maybe you need to watch the video bro, they never one time said Dallas needed to overcome Dak's deficiencies. They talked about Dak, Zeke, and Cooper not taking hometown discounts and how that differs from the Pats who convince guys to play there at below market price.

Well, as stated, I didn’t watch the video, but I’d say it’s deeply disturbing that the Pats can pull those strings while Jerry & Co, it seems, cannot.

Then again, I think the Pats somehow compensate their players directly through hidden intermediaries like other business ventures, directly given in exchange for discounts.

Cheating permeates that whole organization, and one only needs to look at that sister entity Brady has with the Pats to see how they might have this magical ability to get cheaper contracts...

That said, it disappoints me that Jerry isn’t doing even more to make compensation for all current and former cowboys more monetary through direct business dealings... Assuming it’s not illegal, it seems that’s what the Pats are doing, right under the NFL’s nose...

Kraft May have a deal with Goodell..

Good points...…..……..It would not surprise me one bit if Kraft was funneling money under the table to Brady and others who take less publicly.

It is strange that the Pats are the only team in the league that can pull this off. Nobody else in the league seems to be able to convince players to take less than market. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not.

Coaching is our problem and has been for a long time. They don't know how to adjust or create any gameplans besides the most vanilla basic ones you can get. Defense is also a huge liability still. No matter what these stats tell you.
I have defended coaches such as Linehan in the past and I will tell you why. Linehan got the blame, but he was very limited to calling plays that Dak was able to execute. Calling plays that had the WRs run routes that called for back shoulder passes couldn’t be called and completed successfully. Some plays with WR slants couldn’t be called either. The offensive play book has to be dumbed down and it was limited due to having a young QB that had never played in a pro system that was similar to the offense the Cowboys use. I could go on and on but these are just a couple of examples of how the coaches was limited by the players talent or lack talent. You do have a good point about coaches not adjusting and Marinelli is a good example, but he is not the only coach that has this problem.

To get players to play under market value you need to be able to win without that player or constantly playing in Superbowls. If the Cowboys could win with Pollard then Zeke's asking price could come down.

Overcum? Interesting typo.

The Cowboys couldn't replicate the Pats formula even if they wanted to (they don't) because they don't have a QB anywhere close to Tom Brady.

On gameday, our coaches are farther from Belichick than Dak is from Brady.

It's the coaching more so than QB, don't get me wrong Dak isn't Brady but QB isn't the reason this team has struggled since the 90s in the playoffs.

They were coaching at the same time while Belichick was coaching in Cleveland.

Belichick didn’t become the Pats coach until 2000. Jimmy retired after the 1999 season.
he was with the Patriots under process. He was the brains Parcells was the bully
