Springsteen doesnt live in red bank...

He lives in rumson and has a farm in colts neck.

Does max live in red bank? I have seen maxs house in home theater magazine, his theater is incredible.[/quote} I didn't say Bruce lived there, i was at Max's, Bruce was there however. I didn't see Springsteen's home, after we got back to Max's I was busy cleaning up the office while they left and talked business I presume.

Yeah Weinberg and Bon Jovi both live in Red Bank and Springsteen did as well to my knowledge at one time since Asbury Park is so close, the place is kind of disappointing in person.

I am pretty sure jovi lives in rumson also. Rob Pettiti lived in a close area of rumson to springsteen and jovi, I remember his dad telling me how rob went trick or treating when he was younger and bruce actually opened the door.

he's gone - dogging him serves no purpose.

Just like the incessant Bledsoe bashing threads/posts long after he'd been benched. It's a compulsion..like borderline OCD for some.

When someone seemingly has a personal vendetta against another, you shouldn't take them seriously when they criticize. If Dale wants to be taken seriously he should be a little more deft in his trolling.

The only people that would take him seriously regarding Parcells are (1) people that don't know his history, and (2) people that blindingly believe everything the media spews.

Um, Dale was completely and totally redeemed today. Everything he said about Bill was right on the money. Enough with the revisionist history. You and the "see no evil" lemmings owe him a belated apology.

How was he redeemed?

Just about half the idiots in the media predicted every single year that he would retire. Obviously they were going to be right eventually.

Seriously, Dale Hansen's a joke. Washed up, never-has-been.

oh who knows. for some maybe it's like a victory dance and a release. i know when i heard i was in shock but so damn happy. but i also know some good people were disappointed. however, it happens. i've had my dark years as a fan so maybe it's time for it to swing back to a way i like and that's just different than what other fans want.

in itself neither good or bad.

he's gone and we've moving on, and yes; i'm happy. but i fully realize it's a gamble from here and it could get worse.

it's worth that gamble cause you can't put it off forever and you can't buy a perfect scenario, so do what you always do - the best you can.

it falls where it falls from there.

Thanks for holding us hostage Bill only to dip out at the 11th hour. Thanks a lot. I'm sure your assistants appreciate you keeping them riveted while all the coaching jobs dried up only to leave them out to dry 2 weeks later for the next coaching staff. Way to go there buddy.

The ones that wanted to leave did. Those that stayed knew there was a chance Parcells was retiring. They chose to stay.

Not true. Many may stay on here. Some might take on jobs elsewhere. There are plenty of coaching positions throughout the league still open. Some may take a year off and wait til next season. In the end, it was their choice and Parcells will do everything he can to help them out.

this on GAC. a guy(reporter) said that a EX assitant coach in the NFL right now that coached in dallas in the last 4 yrs. said this, and this guy just said it was actually the 2nd conforimed report to him by mouth by a EX coach in dallas, that parcells enviroment @ VR was toxic.

Dale Hansen said this on GAC today. Said he got this from a former Parcells assistant who is still working in the league.

I wouldnt put too much stock in what he says.

lane could have been cool to keep around romo.

the rest i think would have gone anyway with or without parcells. i don't like parcells taking his time like he did, but i don't see anyone we lost out on that we targeted or had to have.

i think his indecision would have hurt getting coaches in here, but this isn't that issue.

Once again, you're correct. It was their choice. I'd like to hear from some of them right now though. I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say they aren't too happy right now.

You gonna embarrass yourself all night long? Zimmer couldn't wait to get away from Bill; David Lee clearly wanted to stay and tutor Romo but Bill was annoyingly ambivalent. The remaining coaches and their families will now be at the mercy of the next incoming coach. Thanks, Bill. You're a real humanitarian.

We could also put out there that most of these guys knew what was going down and decided to leave with Parcells. Either way we lost no major assistants.

You do realize that simply being on a Parcells staff helps their resumes right?

yea, we agree. zimmer would likely go anyway. too long too many ?'s. i'm happy he went somewhere more suited to play to his strengths. now we'll just get inundated with stupid thread after stupid thread comparing zimmer's d to our next one.

getting good coaches i felt would be our issue w/parcells either waiting so long or overall insecurity of a year. losing who we've lost, doesn't matter now as the new coach will need to make those calls.

Are you blind or can you simply not read?

I clearly stated that the ones that wanted to leave did. Zimmer wanted to leave. Good riddance.

David Lee took a offensive coordinator position at a D1 school that was in competition for the SEC Championship and BCS Championship this past season. He's clearly wanting to move up in the world and with the offensive staff we had here it wasn't likely that that was going to happen here.

The rest of the staff consciously took on a risk they knew existed. They're not in a terrible position right now because many can either keep their current jobs or get jobs elsewhere. Trust me, there's no shortage of positions in football for ex-Parcells assistants.

Seriously, keep embarassing yourself.
