Im not opposed of trading up for McFadden but not for the #1 pick.

If McFadden really wants to be a Cowboy, Why cant we negotiate a lower salary in advance and only trade up if he agrees to take the deal? It seems that the Bears did this a few years ago when drafting Mark Carrier.
