Really just depends on the money.

He may be a good fit because of Dallas being his home, always wanting the star on the helmet, etc.

Might be willing to sign for less than what it would take to go play in Buffalo, for example.

And his experience and skill set represents an upgrade.

Right. Because Ware was never blocked by tackles before; always going against TEs and RBs.

Sure Defensive line is fine. Ware and Spencer, undersized DE's. Ratliff, declining player who isn't what he use to be. Hatcher, a DE moving to DT. Ya, no worries.

So are you telling me you are going into the 2013 worried about Demarcus Ware and Anthony Spencer? Because if you are then the defensive lien is doomed. No free agent or rookie will fix that.

Sorry. I'm not worried about Spencer, Hatcher, Ratliff or Ware. I'm more concerned with the group that sucked last year. Not the one that was actually productive.

Undersized? Really? Name me 1 true 4-3 defensive end who is 300 lbs or over. Lmao, it sounds like you want DTs playing DE.. Il name a few good 4-3 DEs off the top of my head.. Trent Cole 6'3 270, John Abraham 6'4 266, Jason Babin 6'3 267, Osi Umenyiura 6'3 255, Elvis Dummerville 5'11 260, & not to mention the colts won a Superbowl with Dwight Freeny 6'1 265, & Robert Mathis 6'2 245. Yea, ware & Spencer are really undersized lol... Im sure they'll both put on some weight in the offseason anyways. If you only care about measurables, how bout we try & trade for Taylor Mays? He's 6'3 with 4.4 speed & could be our answer at saftey. Lmao we all know how he turned out... Sorry not every DE in the league can have the measurables of Tuck or Pierre-Paul.. Our defensive line will flourish in the 4-3 next season.

Ratliff may still have good left in the tank. I don't think last season was a clear indicator of what he can still be. He was plagued with injuries and inconsistent playing time.

Absolutely, he was a 280 lb NT getting double teamed into the ground. He could have used 30 -40 extra pounds last year.
