Cowboys bus involved in fatal crash

I have traveled that road many times.......very beautiful goes right past Hoover Dam......it's very open and can see from great distances. I don't know every detail but from what I have seen sometimes folks just don't respect big vehicles. It's very sad this tragedy happen but if everyone would just take their time these things can be cut way down.

Well if that person was just in a hurry, and got himself and the others killed, that is hard to comprehend.
I was always a little intimidated by the 18 wheelers, but I guess they dont teach stuff like that on the driving tests.
Same thing with trains, people will try to beat them or misjudge the speed etc.

I wonder if the person was drinking or something else.

Condolences to the family and their loved ones. I also feel bad for Emory. I can't imagine being the driver when 4 people were killed no matter who is at fault.

I know I couldn't ever get behind the wheel of a bus...and drive for a living after something like that....but that's just me:rolleyes:

Emory seems to be a good dude. I've met and talk to him the past two years as the bus tour stopped in Abilene. Hearing that he has been cleared by investigators is good news.

That's possible but I have seen people sober of mind.....I think.....and speed to get in front of me. Misjudge the speed is really my guess

My apologies for missing the entire point. I was just stating when on a bicycle, all vehicles look like giant killing machines. I treat them as such.

I wish more were like you. I'm trying to bring awareness cause I see these terrible accidents all the time and most people don't know about it cause not much news coverage
