Yeah and many have moved and are still moving to Texas. :banghead:
yep, screw up your home state so bad and just move to another one like pests.....used to be they were going up to the NW, now they coming down SW. Jerry should have sent Stephen to talk to them personally and give them tickets to PS games or at least Cowboys gear. LOL......

The thing is, they built and bought these places knowing this will happen every year. So yeah they will complain about it as well, I bet the noise also.

It is like… buy a huge vehicle …then complain how much gas you use.
or buying a house built on or near a golf course and complaining about the nets put up to prevent golf balls from peppering houses.

He’s asking a legit question. From the one report it appears these structures and where they were placed are new. But it’s unclear from others.
They are temporary and if within the confines of the campus and not on the actual property Of the owners.
umless there is a city ordinance saying it has to be so many feet away. Which I doubt. Same as putting up a privacy fence right on the property line.

I am sure they are not buildings. And are temporary,

The people complaining are Cowboys fans that in the past watched practice from their residences and balconies.

The structure blocks their view of practice. I've never been to Cowboys camp in Oxnard, but have seen the person and his Cowboys flag that this one individual that is upset is talking about. You can understand why he is upset that he can no longer view camp from his home. No, it's not his right to view camp from his home, but he has done it for years, and to suddenly cut him off from that with no notification is wrong.

The Cowboys should have spoken to the residents of the area and explained the new structure. Then when they heard feedback, they could have moved the structure to another location on the practice fields, that isn't blocking views. This still can be done and hopefully will be.

Wrong. They don't have to ask them nor inform them. Yes, a courtesy letter could have been sent out, or a general notice. But they do not have to.
But the persons in the home do not have that right. It was a convenience only.

And, if done on purpose, it is the teams right to do so.
As open practices are open to anyone, but they are allowed to control what is put on video. As they don't mind so much from the ground point of view. and especially with MM, nothing is allowed to be videoed from a high advantage point.

Washington used to charge people to observe TC, and that allowed fans and opponents to be able to video practices since they paid a fee. That stopped real quick.

Dallas has every right to do this within the confines of the area the pay a hefty price for.

When Landry was coaching and TC was at Thousand Oaks. The team used to buy out the entire side of a hotel across the practice field so opposing teams could not go there and film the practices.

Nope. The Cowboys don't need to notify or ask for permission from those residents. If those neighboring residents don't like it, they can walk over to the front gate and pay to enter and watch the Cowboys practice just like everybody else.

The half that are always negative about any Cowboys topic or player, or the 1/2 that are realistic? :lmao:
Is that your measurement of truth?

Helps my team and my narrative? Must be true?

Remember when the Cowboys practice roof collapsed and crippled one of the assistant coaches, a structure the Jones family was warned would fail? How about the Cowboys Party Bus--partying a bit too heavy-- returning from Vegas crashing into others, causing serious injury? How about innumerable Cowboys players crashing their cars, causing destruction and fatality, all with the Jones family ready to suppress news, diminish charges. Don't even get me started...

Show where he was warned about it. Accidents happen. When did this party bus crash happen?

So Jerry controls what players do and he controls any accidents that occur?

How about the accidents from all other players and teams, or worse, doing violent things to others from other players.
