What did he play then? Not arguing with you, but I didnt watch enough Carolina games last year to really know.He didn't play mostly nt. Not even close

I doubt all the runs went by the NT, could be outside , or not the NT responsibility.

Would about the DE's?We would be taking the Panthers starting DT's from last year, McCoy & Poe. Anybody know how the Panthers did against the run last year?
He played 1T when in a 4 man and DE in 3-4 for the most part. Although 1T is the “space eating” version of a 4-3, it’s not your typical 3-4 NT.
I graded (RSF) Poe and McCoy as the top two run defenders in the league last year and the only other player remotely comparable was Maurice Canady.
So if DAL plays it the same, Mike Pennel could be in play at NT.actually he played 3T. with McCoy playing DE

Which would be nickel passing situations when they had extra dbs and less lbs.According to the numbers Cavanaugh posted, of the 400ish snaps..230 were in a 4 man front..either playing L or D DT...he had significantly less snaps lined up as a true nose tackle in a 3 man front...

His lame attempts of being funny fail miserably......if his eagles would have signed them he would be all giddy.Do you ever tire of being facetious? Just a question, not a criticism...
Meh, He’s a Poe man’s Harrison.
DTs
Dontari Poe: 346lbs
Gerald McCoy: 300lbs
Antaun Woods: 318lbs
Trysten Hill: 308lbs
Covington: 305lbs
DEs Tank: 265lbs
Randy Gregory: 255lbs
Armstrong: 255lbs
Crawford(?): 290lbs
Do the Cowboys have enough beef to convert to a 3-4?
Yeah I rather have Harrison but better that what we had previously.
