What the hell is the point of keeping Ball and Brown on the roster? Who would actually sign them off our PS?

Ball showed nothing. Brown at least has impressive #s.

Ball will be gone when we make our next move.

We MUST either have something going or Wade and company believe in Reeves a whole lot more then we ever thought. Jones has done nothing. Nor really has any of the other guys. Still, this just seems like a very risky move.

Wade must feel like all the backups sucked equally, so when in doubt, go with youth, size, and measurables. Maybe he thought Glenn was what he was, and the others could be coached up.

Or this all could be so Glenn's money isnt guaranteed.

interesting. has to be a trade happening...we can't go into the season with one good (albeit injured) CB. Doesn't make any sense. Wade was pretty forward about his disappointment in the backups, so i really doubt he's ready to promote any of them

I have no idea, but I hope we can sign him back at a cheap rate. If some other team gets him, that was an unnecessary risk.

Its not like we are hurting for cap space. And frankly If I were Glenn I would tell the boys to take a hike if they called back. If he is good enough to keep then he is good enough to spend the money agreed on. I would like to think that the boys cut him and have no intention of bringing him back instead of this kind of deal.

Leaves us short at LB also with no Glymph. Six safeties and 5 corners, 6 WRs, 10 OLs, 2 QBs, 3 TEs, 3 RBs, 2 FBs, 6 DL, 7 LBs, 1 K, 1 P, and 1 LS.
