Thing that bugs me about McClay is the constant referencing of, or trying to justify passing on better players due to “scheme fit,” when they constantly change schemes.

I mean yeah I guess they have hit on a couple of late rounders but the day two failures have killed this team of late.

They need to compensate for bust draft picks with free agency…and I’ve even heard the both of them say exactly that. Then something changed. Stephen must have some expensive girlfriends.

Same. I thought the same, but at the time for fans it was not clear if the red flag talk was a smoke screen or legit. IIRC Dallas knew about the spinal issue pre draft. They lost D. Holloman in 2014 to retirement after it was found out he had spinal stenosis.
