Why 4-3? I think maybe it's time we change things up. I think the players we have now might actually be better suited for the 3-4. I think with Clark, Q, and Osa, you get 3 good linemen. Clowney and Overshown on the outside (along Sam Williams) would be good, and then you just need to MLBs for the starters. I think Nakobe Dean and Alex Singleton would be great. And if we can also draft Sonny Styles, we'd be lethal.

I agree. I'll take it a step further. Wouldn't be surprised if he stays in Denver. In time he may be the new DC in waiting. Vance Joseph will certainly get looks as a hc candidate.

Maybe Schottenheimer reached out to Rex Ryan and acquired what Jim Leonhard's preference was and Ryan may have relayed to Schottenheimer; Leonhard was indeed staying in Denver. Then Dallas got moving quickly and did not want to miss out on Christian Parker. This is a Brian Schottenheimer hire, and this is refreshing to see, Schottenheimer hired a good offensive coaching staff with Klayton Adams and Conor Riley etc... So, this hire could be a good one as well.

Mansoor Delane seems like the real deal. Ive heard a lot of positives about him and how sharp he is. Id be ok with it as well.

This guy has a philosophy as a coach and keeps the players he coaches minds working at all times, on their assignments, this has got to help for quick and sound learning skills from his players. This is cool.

Fangio ran a 4-3 2 high man so I bet we get something similar

Joseph runs a hybrid 3-4 though and Parker was in that as well

I wanted Jim Leonhard, now I want to beat Jim especially if he goes to Green Bay, I knew that he would either be the Dallas hire or Dallas would be facing him as the defensive coordinator for a rival.
