I see Powell as a replacement for Dunbar. He's not a power back and while he averages 4.0 yards a carry, he is not really what I would consider a guy who can come in and run the ball 20 times a game either. He's a third down guy who is going to come in on obvious passing situations and force the defense to account for him in the passing game. He will make you use a DB on him because LBs can't really cover him. 27 years old and hasn't been used up. If he is being considered as a replacement to Dunbar, I think he's a decent prospect.
