I don't disagree. Before people were concerned with swing tackle, hell I'm worried about starting T. I think it would be a foolish risk to expect Ball or Waeteko to take over starters role before they are ready

I was not on board with their plan before this injury, but I do feel like McCarthy 100% believes in developing young lineman, and I do have to give credit that they kept Steele. That said, I could only squint and understand that strategy for a few games. Going into the season with Ball/Watezko (sp) to be your day 1 starter with the other as your backup?

Nah fam.

The offense is going to have problems no matter what but if this guy is the plan, they’re screwed.

Thats what I keep hearing but the man who made the video sees some Bright spots . . . Ball will have to sink or swim
Ball was wayyy better in his second ever NFL game than he was in his first ever NFL game.

He makes some mistakes but he is much better than fans are making him out to be. He will improve… but he is going to make some mistakes too.

Also, in the preseason game, they did nothing scheme wise to help Ball out. They wanted to see what he could do. In the real games, they’re going to help him some.

Honestly, it isn’t the disaster that it is being made out to be. Although, I’d rather have Tyron.

I see he showed Tyler getting ragdolled from the endzone camera in this video. He didn't show it in his Tyler video and tried to say he stepped on someone's foot. You can see clearly he didn't step on anyone's foot and Covington threw him to the ground. Don't think I ever saw that happen to Larry Allen.

The last thing I’m worried about is Tyler Smith being weak.

It's not about being weak. It's about having his hands wide and letting guys into his chest. It happens a lot. That embarrassing play Sturm posted on Twitter against Cincinnati is a good example of it.
