Cowboys looking at teams for RB trade?

I would trade Leary for Lamar Miller. And considering how much Miami wanted Collins and how they drafted Ajayi, maybe they'd be interested.

I would rather keep Leary if it's just for another team's backup, but I think Miller is really good.

I don't see the real benefit in getting any back up RB's from the teams mentioned.
Are any of them better than Joseph Randle?
I am not saying that Randle is that great. However, neither is any back riding the Dolphins, Saints, or Chiefs bench.

Maybe you should be asking if any runningback out there is better than Dunbar? How bout if they are going to be more productive than Ryan Williams? Who hasn't played a game since 2011.

Frankly, I think we could use a bellcow type of back. Some teams have more than enough to trade with. Since we got Collin's on the team and is projected to start I don't see why we wouldn't be dangling Leary as bait. I actually think its a great idea.

I'd move Leary one year early as opposed to not getting anything at all for him next year.

He's going to be free to leave and the Cowboys won't get squat.

Berny can back up at guard and he's done an acceptable job there previously.

Leary for Miller is tempting.

Only problem is Miller is a UFA next season, and I can see him going off behind this line. We'll have another decision to make on whether to pay a RB big money or not.

I suppose that'd be a good problem to have though.

So is Leary.

If the give up Leary for Martin I will take back everything nice I said about the front office, he's not an upgrade over Mcfadden. If they wanted Claibourne for Dm, hell yeah.

Bank it! If none of the current crop can tote the rock there is going to be a deal done this summer.

Yeah, I'm not crazy about Martin either.

I just know Leary is gone after this season and I would just as soon see the Cowboys get something out of the investment before he leaves.

Not a problem, if he leaves in free agency, the boys back up the truck and find another one.
RB's are dime-a-dozen these days.

They could do way better than him. Look what Shady was shipped for.

The difference is the huge salary that McCoy came "bundled" with. The fact is Eagles weren't going to get a lot. And now the Bills are stuck with his salary for a number of seasons.

Yep.

And I think next years draft is going to be the draft of the "offensive skill player" for the Cowboys.

I agree very much. I think they are going to go offense pretty big and look for a new WR to
be a focus point along with RB. This team is going to rock for the next 4-5 years.
