You guys and girls buzz me out Michael Irvin is a god for you after all the problems with drugs and hookers he had to deal with and eveyone loves him but a guy like Owens who wants to win and wants to get paid what he is due is no good give me a break. I think what you guys are is jealous of someone thats a phenominal athlete and a winner so i hope Jerry signs him so we could win a SUPERBOWL. No disrespect att.

Honestly I think this should be merge with the comedy thread:: I will have no respect for the Cowboys if they sign T.O.:laugh2: :laugh1:

It's OK to have an opinion. I just don't agree, but I am not going to trash you because your opinion is different than mine. It's a forum, if we all had the same opinion it would be ridiculous.

Ya know, footballs not the be all/end all. We can live without football if we have to . Theres family, trips to the park, the mall, the movies. so many things to do other then sit here and watch what you hate. TO. I mean, is it that hard to understand that a few of us really have a problem with TO. Just cause we wont sell our future for the hope he acts good, were stupid, morons and *******s? When we get him and he destroys the team, what are your comments gunna be. Know what mine will be.

Told ya so..........

And believe me, I will be back and I will piss off the TO lovers so bad, I will probably get a ban. But you know what, you pple want this freak to destroy the boys. I used the analogy before of bringing in a lit stick of dynamite and not expecting it to explode. Thats what your doing. I will be front and center and in your face when he rips this team apart. You better not cry foul then. If your gunna be the man enough and decide Parcells can handle him, we have nothing to lose cause he will want to re-prove himself. Just remember this post. Save it and re-read it when you hear Parcells has suspended TO, Williams says hes not resigning with the POS cowboys. JJ cant wait to bolt to Chicago and join his brother there, and get away from the bull**** that is the Dallas Cowboys. Call me what you will. But remember this post.

Course, hopefully this will be bluster when we dont sign TO. But if we do. I will come back here and say my farewells till TOs gone. And depending on how TO leaves, I might ccome back and ease into the crowd. I might ccome in with a gusto and blow some pple away and like I say, get banned in the process. Know the Cowboys are near and dear to my heart, as much a part of my life as my family and friends and music are. But if TO is a Cowboy, I will drop them like a hot rock. Till TOs gone.

So, do you want T.O. or not? I'm not sure what you are saying...

Who cares if Irvin did drugs and hung around prostitutes? He was a gamer and a team player at that. He left his personal issues out of the locker room and off the field where they belong. When he came to practice or on gameday, he was focused about one tasking -- getting to the Super Bowl.

Name me one instance where T.O. has ever came to work, shut his mouth, kept his personal problems and agendas at the house and just played the game? NEVER!

That's the difference.

All the T.O threads seem to go at least 4 pages, so get ready for another long thread

Im not ducking what i stand for what i believe and give me To anytime and ill be happy. And another thing he didnt destroy San Fran he carry the team on his back and made Garcia look good. I think Garcia should give him some of the salary he made

My problem with Owens coming here will be more with the national media. The media will put the team under the microscope a lot more than they already are. They will blow little things into big stories and then the players and coaches have to deal with it. Major concerns will erupt that normally would be left in the locker room or on the field. The management will have to try to soothe over stuff that normally is just dropped and forgotten. It is a distraction for the team and will lead to nothing but problems. Let some other team deal with it.

That is correct. Most seem to not realze this aspect of the deal. #81 does his most damage when he's not on the field, game day. There's a lot more to a 7 day week than there is a 3 hour football game. I feel for the clean up crew in this deal.......IF there is a deal.

I find it hard to lose respect for a team with 52 other guys who work hard, play hard and do the right things, as best they can, off the field. JMO of course.

Its not TO that has the power over us. Infact we have more power over our lives then you guys do. When we see something we dont like, we effect change to resolve that. Thats not giving power to someone, thats exercising your power to not be annoyed, pissed off, upset or trivialized.

So you are writing 4 paragraph novellas fueled purely by complete indifference?

TO has crippled two franchises

The Niners were on their way down when he left. TO was the main reason the niners were anything...look at what Garcia has proven to be without Owens.

Eagles were crippled by tons of injuries and contract issues. To blame one person for an entire franchise collapse is just a tad extreme.

The Cowboys are already under that microscope. They have two of the most high profile personalities in the game running the organization. Anytime there is trouble in Cowboyland, it will be front page news. TO or no TO, the Cowboys are never going to fly under the radar.

The facts are being blown out of proportion...TO didn't cripple 2 franchises, its ridiculous to even say that.

San Fran was on its way down without Owens' help. He wasn't on their team the last two years and they stunk.

Owens was great in 2004, no problems at all.

2005 was a bad year, no doubt, I blame much of that on TO, but also on his agent and ESPN...it was a circus.

McNabb's poor play and injuries were the reason that the Eagles sucked in 2005.

I think Owens needs the Cowboys even more than the Cowboys need him. The young man needs to get his life back on track and Big Bill is the one that can help. Just ask Brian Cox.
