Cowboys need a QBs with the "It" or "He's that Guy" Factor

Not a Dak fan at all, but you can win a ton of games with him by actually taking your rushing attack seriously.

We're stuck with him now, so we need to concentrate on getting that next stud running back that can take over games, and some more big, physical linemen.
It's really that simple. The same could be said for our defensive unit as well.

A smarter GM would realize the enormity of that error and take steps to get out of it. Eat the hit ASAP to get it over with.

Trying to find ways to make Dak work is a fool's errand. The problem will take care of itself naturally as Dak's body is shot so we may get out of it with an injury settlement.
Jerry and his son will never do this. They will keep spreading that 240 million price tag out to more years.

The only hope is to build a team so good that even a bus driver can lead you there. The problem is that is hard to do when your bus driver is the highest paid player in NFL history. It's not impossible though.

How’s that hammy healing Dak?
He didn’t have that injury when we re-signed him. You honestly believe re-signing him was a dumber move than the Browns giving up three first round picks for Deshaun Watson with a fully guaranteed $230 million contract with all the off the field issues he was dealing with?

You can throw in Russell Wilson as well with Denver. But having said that Denver and Atlanta were/are smart enough to cut ties and eat the money. Dak will still be the QB here even if he’s in a wheelchair…..
All because we have the worst GM in football. All in, jerry says. He's all into something, all right. Go out and walk in a cow pasture and and you'll step into plenty of it.

Exaggerate much?
KJ did you see how Jayden Daniels won that game with Detroit dropping 30 points on them? It's called answering the bell and outgunning the other guy.
You make every excuse in the world for Dak when he chokes it up, blame the defense, the o-line, wr's etc.

Jayden the rookie showed you how it's done. It's called clutch when it counts.

Watson was a gamble. But he was really good as well. Both are now looking like colossal mistakes.

Daniels is way better than Dak. He has the appearance of a generational QB. Washington has been searching for a great QB for more than two decades and finally landed one. Dak has his flaws and I’ve pointed them out many times but he’s not the main reason the Cowboys can’t get over the hump. That’s been my argument all along with him. What we’ve been seeing with the Cowboys has been going on for almost 30 years.

There’s no comparison between the mistake the Browns made with Watson and the Cowboys re-signing Dak. It’s hilarious to even compare the two. The last season Watson played in Houston he was 4-12. He hadn’t played football in a year when the Browns traded for him and was dealing with all kinds of off the field problems. Plus, he was facing a suspension.

The Watson deal is the worst ever, but the Dak deal is the 2nd worst ever.

Both teams made bummy, loser QBs the highest-paid players ever.

At least Watson had talent, but he stopped caring. Dak can have all the care in the world, but he doesn't have the talent.

Nah.. Deshaun Watson 252 million guaranteed

Kirk Cousins big contract then drafting a QB top 10 then cutting Cousins after 1 season and handing him 90 million guaranteed

Then signing Dak…
Except that was Watson’s first big contract. Dak was offered two big contracts when the first one evidenced that he couldn’t do it when the competition got tough.
