Could be wrong, but I suspect this means Dak sits out the OTA's and, possibly, TC.

With the new CBA he cant do that because he will be fined everyday and the teams cant ignore the fine or pay it for the players. It's now on the player completely to pay.

What does the start of FA have to do with it? Dak isn't going anywhere, he's been tagged. They can only use one tag.

It was never really about expecting two firsts in return. It's about finding his real market value - instead of bidding against yourself.
